(Before It's News)

This is a scary statement coming from NASA.So many people believe the end of the world is right around the corner. They are so terrified some may even take their owns lives because the fear is just plain overwhelming to them.I say wait it out ,try not to worry and more than likely it will end up like the Y2K,look how that turned out. We”re still here.Truthfully., I’m more concerned about Obama declaring Martial law and our economy crashing than anything else.

While some are throwing fantastical Doomsday countdown parties, The National Aeronautics and Space Administration is issuing grave warnings that 2012 Mayan apocalypse rumors pose a real-life threat to frightened children and depressive teenagers.

David Morrison, an astrobiologist at NASA Ames Research Center, said on Wednesday that he receives a large number of emails and letters from worried citizens, most often from young people.

Some say they can’t eat, or are too worried to sleep, while others say they are suicidal, Morrison said.

He made that announcement during an online video ‘hangout’ event hosted by NASA on Google+, calling the propagation of rumors on the Internet to frighten children ‘evil.’

‘While this is a joke to some people and a mystery to others, there is a core of people who are truly concerned,’ Morrison said.

NASA, a United States government agency, recently set up an information page on its website explaining why the world is not going to end on December 21, 2012.

The apocalypse rumors and fears are based on misinterpretations of the Mayan calendar, as SPACE.com reported.

The rumors began with claims that Nibiru, a rogue planet discovered by the Sumerians, will crash into Earth on December 21, killing everyone, according to NASA’s website.

listen… space is more vast than you can posibbly imagine. Our planet is a mere speck of dust. the chances of anything like that happening is ridiculouse. youve got more chance of winning the lottery only a lottery with hundreds of numbers let alone 6. dont worry its all just scare mongery. for some sad reason alot of people like to install fear into others lives. mankind loves bad news. just watch the news thats all it is, is bad news. never good news on the tv. 1 in 10 news stories might be good news. its just sad lonley people that have nothing good going in theyre lives so they want everyone else to feel like crap.
    nothing is going to happen.
they myan callender ends thats all. our callender ends every year but its not the end of the world every year is it.
Next year they’ll make up some new rubbish. theyve got nothing better to do.

It will be the busy theorist who has no agenda that will tell the truth, Were going through a dark rift of space should we be prepared yes, which means we should be worried! Government has no plan for all people just a few. Nasa keeps insisting nothing is gone to happen yet trillions of tax dollars are being spent and stolen from the consumer the citizen to pay for underground cities shelters seed banks and other structures. Nothing to worry about folks keep moving lol.
There are many unusually space things and features that will present themselves and we need to know to adjust. You can panic or you can prepare the choice is clear.
