911 Widow is One Step Closer to a Supreme Court Case For 911 Truth

After years of repeated roadblocks Ellen Mariani is just one step away from bringing a wrongful death case to the supreme court, in regards to the death of her husband on September 11th 2001.

Ellen is one of the only surviving family members of world trade center victims who didn’t take the governments pay off money, instead she has been relentlessly pursuing the truth for over a decade.

The many roadblocks that she encountered along the way included the infiltration of a provocateur lawyer, media slander, and a court mandated gag order.

Relentless, Ms. Mariani did not give up or back down, and just this week she was finally able to raise the money that was required to file an appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court, in her long standing lawsuit against the government and the airlines for their negligence in the false flag attacks.

According to a blog entry posted on her website:

“The Ellen Mariani Legal Defense Fund Committee is pleased to report good news.  We have collected the needed funds in time to allow Ellen Mariani to file a petition to the United States Supreme Court, for review of the decision denying her a role in what was originally her own 9/11 complaint.

Ellen’s attorney Bruce Leichty has already started preparing the petition.  The filing deadline is 11/23/2012.  The Supreme Court has created a docket page on the Court’s website, so that people can follow the course of the petition if they wish.  For a personal statement of the secretary-treasurer of the Fund, Vincent Gillespie, click here. ”

The fundraising effort that was needed to raise this money was the most recent roadblock encountered by Ms. Mariani.

Simply to appeal her case she had to raise $11,000 before she could enter the application process.

Luckily, Architects and Engineers for 911 truth helped spread the wordabout the fund raising effort, and independent media organizations helped as well.

Now Mariani and her lawyer must submit the application to the court by November 23 and then wait for a response.

There is no telling how long it will take the court to respond, but we will continue to post updates on this story as they become available.
