Now What?????

As the end of the year, approaches many of us are starting
to reflect on this past year.  We think
about the accomplishments for the year, the happy memories we created, and the
goals we did not accomplished. 

We think about the goals we started the year with, to lose
weight, find a new job, to be in a new relationship, or to grow in different
areas, but as the year ends we cannot help, but to focus on those things we did
not accomplish.  We think about the
reasons, what prevented us from accomplishing that specific goal?  Some of the reasons may be real reasons why
some may be excuses, but the fact remains you did not accomplish the goal. 

The thing about humans is that we tend to focus on the
negative verses all the other goals you did accomplish.  Yes, we are happy for the accomplishments,
but we overlook those awesome goals for that one goal we cannot check off our
list.  But guess what?

The Truth is…you have TODAY! 
Yes, you have TODAY.  You have
today to make it right.  You may not have
accomplished the goal throughout the year, but that does not mean you cannot
start today. 

Many times we focus on January 1,____ and December 31, ____
that we forget about all the days during the year.  Those days are just as important as January 1st
or December 31st.  If there is
something on your list that you did not accomplish then start today.  Don’t wait until January 1st,
start today!  Today is your day to start
working on your goal.  Today is the day
you make your history. 

Don’t kick yourself for not accomplishing your goal between
January 1st and December 31st, make up your mind that
today is your day to check your goal off. 
Today is your DAY!! Now what??
