Honolulu, HI (Oct. 2, 2014)–Microsoft Founder and MSNBC co-owner, Bill Gates, who began donating more than $1.5 billion for “expanding childhood immunizations” through the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation shortly after plea bargaining with federal prosecutors to save his monopoly from being broken up entirely, is misrepresenting a new study making deceptive claims about HIV’s origin, according to world leading AIDS origin expert, Dr. Leonard G. Horowitz.

Dr. Horowitz, the author of the American bestselling book, Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola–Nature, Accident or Intentional?, responded to calls from scientists internationally who condemned the transparent diversion from Ebolagate, and the military-pharmaceutical contracts Horowitz published linking the origin of HIV and AIDS to studies conducted in New York City and central Africa during the late 1960s and early 1970s. Investigators requesting Horowitz’s analysis included the famous medical microbiologist, Dr. Alan Cantwell, the author of AIDS and the Doctors of Death, and Queer Blood.

Both Cantwell and Horowitz independently investigated the origin of HIV/AIDS and came to the same conclusion–that the first outbreak occurred among hepatitis B vaccine recipients in New York City and central Africa during the mid-1970s. Both doctors agreed that preliminary research involving chimpanzees infected with AIDS-virus ancestors predated by five to ten years the first clinical cases.

Horowitz also evidenced three vaccine production facilities that were damaged by Ebola when it first emerged the same year the first AIDS case was discovered in a gay New Yorker in 1976.

Dr. Horowitz, who witnessed extensive media censorship since the Ebola Zaire strain re-emerged in Guinea and Liberia in March, 2014, after thirty-eight (38) years of “hybernation-by-refrigeration,” he says. The blatant censorship compounds evidence of the man-made origin and vaccine transmission of HIV/AIDS, and Ebola’s similar origin from a biological weapons contractor that also supplied viruses to cancer researchers and vaccine developers.

Horowitz’s evidence includes several “smoking guns,” proving beyond any reasonable doubt that the outbreaks resulted from Litton Bionetics/Merck/National Institutes of  Health/National Cancer Institute contracts (NIH No. 71-2025 and 71-2059) in which contaminated chimpanzees were used to advance vaccine experiments and grow new viral recombinants. Horowitz has tracked and recorded the official cover-up for nearly two decades, and evidences that officials in charge of National Security Agency and CIA, overseeing HIV/AIDS science and the current “Ebola emergency,” have abused the media consistently to divert from growing outrage over Ebolagate. The unraveling conspiracy conceals the man-made origins of both AIDS and Ebola. Now, Horowitz reports, the new Oxford study, published in the journal Science, is being grossly misrepresented by the media, because it substantially confirms nearly everything Horowitz and Cantwell have been claiming, including the vaccination contamination theory of AIDS.

“[T]he Oxford team took fragments of viruses collected from mainly Kinsasha after 1985, compared them with a virus they mistakenly assumed was from 1959 instead of 1970, and then attempted to adjust for probable errors in estimated dates, knowing their analysis may be misleading due to recombinations of viruses that occur both naturally and unnaturally in labs, or in contaminated lab animals and/or contaminated vaccines, that confound most horribly ‘molecular time clock’ retrospective studies,”

The 2014 Oxford Study of the Origin of HIV

According to an avalanche of press reports, modeled by MSNBC–the mouthpiece for Bill Gates’ conflicting interests, including substantial drug-industry investments, “[a] group of researchers from Oxford University and the University of Leuven say they have pinpointed the place where HIV was first transmitted between humans, sparking a pandemic that would go on to touch some 75 million people in every corner of the globe. Through statistical analysis, the group determined that HIV is “almost certain” to have begun its spread from Kinshasa, now the capital city of the Democratic Republic of Congo, sometime around 1920.” (CLICK “The early spread and epidemic ignition of HIV-1 in human populations” to download a free copy of the Science article [courtesy of Dr. Horowitz].)

According to a press statement issued by Oliver Pybus, a professor at Oxford and a senior author of the controversial paper, “The research team analyzed all available HIV-1 viruses sampled from infected persons between 1985 and 2010 to trace the outbreak back to their shared ancestry in a group of infected individuals referred to as ‘group M’ who they say became infected in Kinshasa.”

“That statement raises a lot of red flags,” said Dr. Horowitz, after reading the Science article, and publishing the above diagram nearly twenty years ago in his Emerging Viruses book. “The Oxford study grossly neglects Myers’ et. al.’s Los Alamos National Laboratory genetic determinations [as shown above] that concluded the ‘Big Bang’ for HIV-1 occurred precisely at the time Litton Bionetics supplied the Merck Drug Co. with chimpanzees used to produce hepatitis B vaccines tested in central west Africa on female prostitutes, in New York City on homosexuals, in nurses from Haiti, and on Willowbrook State School mentally retarded children on Staten Island. Myyers was correct, according to the evidence that I compiled independently during my three year investigation. The contamination that caused the first AIDS-virus mutations and creation sourced from Litton Bionetic’s central west African chimpanzee colony, most assuredly; and the Oxford study largely confirms this.”

Horowitz agrees with the Kinshasa determination published by the Oxford team, since the first contaminated vaccines were given to female sex workers in this part of Africa. Pybus et. al. validated: “the hypothesis that transmission rates of group M [AIDS virus strain]  increased as a result of the administration of unsterilized injections at sexually transmitted disease clinics . . . The idea that early HIV spread included an iatrogenic component is supported by data from other blood-borne viruses. A study of hepatitis C virus (HCV) in the DRC [Congo] showed that it exhibits an age cohort effect, and an epidemic of hepatitis [presumably hepatitis B virus (HBV)] was reported in Kinshasa in 1951–1952. Both events indicate an important role for past iatrogenic [physician-induced or vaccine] transmission. Additional genetic data may allow the past dynamics of HCV, HBV, and other viruses in the DRC to also be reconstructed.”

“That assertion is ‘right on’,” Horowitz said. “But I disagree with the team’s main conjecture. That is, the claim that the new recombinant emerged beginning in the 1920s. This is an artifact of their study design, that they clearly state may be a problem with their selection of their “ZR59, sampled in 1959 in Kinshasa . . . as an internal control . . .” The researchers told us, straight out, that they could only estimate both the age and location of this strain.”

Quoting the Science publication, “The estimate of the age of ZR59 is centered on 1958 (95% BCI: 1946–1970).”

“Notice the age range of that ‘internal control,’” Horowitz instructed. “You see that it may have emerged as late as 1970.”

Unfortunately, the Oxyford team made a big mistake by: a) neglecting Myers’s analysis. They didn’t even cite Myers once, among nearly a hundred references.

Myers is America’s leading authority and author of the authoritative chapter on the subject of AIDS virus phylogeny. (See reference in Figure 8.4 above.) Myers et. al., evidenced that the ‘Big Bang’ occurred in the mid 1970s, due to an ‘extraordinary’ large-scale man-made event, with contaminated vaccinations being the highest probability; and b) Assuming ZR59 is “centered on 1958,” that assumption is a major problem. Using this conjecture to establish the control for a largely conjectural “molecular clock” method of estimating dates that recombinations were likely to have occurred, makes the entire study hypothetical. Pybus et. al., attempted to control for this problem of, ‘[r]ecombination [that] may confound phylogenetic reconstructions and may adversely affect molecular clock estimates.”

“In other words, the Oxford team took fragments of viruses collected from mainly Kinsasha after 1985, compared them with a virus they mistakenly assumed was from 1959 instead of 1970, and then attempted to adjust for probable errors in estimated dates, knowing their analysis may be misleading due to recombinations of viruses that occur both naturally and unnaturally in labs, or in contaminated lab animals and vaccines, that confound most horribly ‘molecular time clock’ retrospective studies,” Dr. Horowitz said.

Horowitz Rebuts the 1959 Misrepresentations

In his scientific paper published in Medical Hypothesis, Dr. Horowitz wrote:

“In the interest of facilitating progress on this issue, much publicity has been given to the notion that HIV was discovered in a 1959 blood sample from Leopoldville, Zaire; and that scientific consensus holds 1931 as the approximate date of HIV origination. These superstitions have led to common, yet false, declarations that HIV/AIDS originated well before the polio vaccination era and the Special Virus Cancer Program (SVCP) that much evidence below links to the “punctuated origin” of AIDS.

“For the record, according to the authors of the 1959 discovery, they never found, nor alleged to have found, HIV, or anything like a full virus. According to these authors, even “attempts to amplify HIV-1 fragments of >300 base pairs (bp) were unsuccessful, . . . However, after numerous attempts, four shorter sequences were obtained” that only represented small portions of two of the six genes of the complete AIDS virus.

This is why Gao et al, referred to the 1959 sequences as “the oldest trace of the AIDS pandemic . . . although the precise timing and circumstance of early events in the SIVcpz/HIV-1 zoonosis remain obscure.” [Editor’s note for the lay reader, “SIVcpz” is short for “simian immunodeficiency virus from the chimpanzee.” This is know to be the closest viral relative to the human AIDS virus, HIV-1.]

“Unfortunately, regarding the 1959 sequences, Zhu et al., left much room for misinterpretation if not wild speculation by stating that given the “‘starburst phylogeny,’ HIV-1 was probably introduced into humans shortly before that time frame, about a decade or two earlier than previously estimated. . . .”  (Emphasis added.) They speculated the zoonosis might have occurred “considerably earlier than the late 1940s.” Obviously, this account is irrelevant to “the extraordinary synchrony in the 1970s of ten or more distinguishable epidemics” discovered by Myers et al.  Therefore, this later group of researchers concluded that, with the exception of the 1959 sequences suggesting viral ancestry, “Clinical, serological and molecular retrospective studies have all failed to produce any evidence of AIDS or HIV prior to the 1970s.”  (Emphasis added.) As Myers et al., had initially advanced, the early to mid-1970s “Big Bang” origin of HIV/AIDS is further supported by most recent scientific evidence.

“As if repeating false assumptions would alter historic and scientific facts, many contemporary investigators, like those representing AI’s HIV/AIDS Task Force, continue to imply the SIV to HIV zoonosis occurred on or before 1959. Many natural evolution theory evangelists continue to cite the now disproven “cut hunter” theory to explain the origin of the pandemic. Reflecting on Zhu et al’s position, however, they simply concluded that the major-group viruses that dominate the global AIDS pandemic at present shared a common ancestor in the 1940s or the early 1950s. However, given confounding factors, including the likelihood of viral gene recombination during the manufacture and testing of the HB vaccine, like Korber et al.’s speculation discussed in the next section, the 1959 “isolate” may hold little, if any, relevance in determining the origin of HIV/AIDS.

Propaganda and Scientific Fraud

Reading the actual Science article, and comparing it to the media spin on the science, evidences most extreme bias. In fact, Horowitz holds the media responsible for outrageous omissions and misrepresentations, downright fraud, that the press release issued by EurekAlert, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy (DoE), also misrepresents. In Horowitz’s Emerging Viruses book, government documents link the DoE  to cancer virus irradiation studies used by suspected HIV bio-engineers to mutate immune suppressive viruses, purportedly for vaccine science.

“These misrepresentations are so blatant, they represent scientific fraud and consumer fraud,” Dr. Horowitz asserted.

Scientific evidence tampering is suggested by the concealment of Myers’ discoveries, and consumer fraud is being committed by Bill Gates & Co. directing the news media to censor the Oxford team’s controversial statements confirming the ‘iatrogenic’ (vaccine) origin of HIV/AIDS.

“This is actually treason,” Dr. Horowitz charged,  “since America is supposed to be in a ‘War against AIDS,’ and now Ebola has been declared ‘a top priority for National Security,’ and purportedly we are engaged in a ‘War on Drugs” also.  Currently, millions of lives are at risk along with National Security if we keep lying about the fact that AIDS and Ebola came from the same labs in the great vaccination enterprise.”

Horowitz called vaccinations “the number one genocidal weapon for profitable depopulation,” and “immunization” the “Sacred Cow of Public Health” causing the vast majority of health problems most enriching for the drug companies.  He attributes most cancers, more than eighty (80) autoimmune diseases, and skyrocketing rates of autism in children, to vaccine contaminants or vaccine ingredients, such as neurotoxic mercury.

“For the first time we have analysed all the available evidence using the latest phylogeographic techniques, which enable us to statistically estimate where a virus comes from,” reported Dr. Pybus to the press. “This means we can say with a high degree of certainty where and when the HIV pandemic originated. It seems a combination of factors in Kinshasa in the early 20th Century created a ‘perfect storm’ for the emergence of HIV, leading to a generalised epidemic with unstoppable momentum that unrolled across sub-Saharan Africa.”

“Well, obviously, they didn’t analyze ‘all the available evidence’ if they omitted Myers’s evidence, and limited their viral samples as they did,” Horowitz countered. “The Kinshasa determination is accurate, but the “early 20th Century” claim is pseudoscience at best, and fraudulent fodder for the media to divert debate on Ebolagate, and conceal the Special Virus Cancer Program contracts beginning with Litton’s Contract No. 69-2160. “If you simply read that government document from 1969-71,” Horowitz urged, “you will see that twenty years before HIV/AIDS was discovered Litton Bionetics tested similar recombinants–viruses that produced the never-before-seen acute lymphocytic leukemia/lymphoma/sacroma immune suppressive disease we call AIDS today.  That contract shows Litton supplied these lrecombinants to cancer research and vaccine production labs internationally.”

And that is the best explanation for the “Big Bang” occurring precisely as Myers, Cantwell, Horowitz, and now Pybus et. al., have evidenced and argued, against the bias of special interest influenced government and industry.

This conclusion has been echoed in a lengthy review article by Paul M. Sharp and Beatrice H. Hahn, writing for Cold Springs Harbor Labs (CSHL)–the place where all of this began with eugenics funding from the Rockefeller and Carnegie Foundations, according to Dr. Horowitz’s evidence. Substantively supporting Horowitz’s and Cantwell’s controversial works, Sharp and Hahn wrote:

“It has been suggested that large-scale injection campaigns conducted in west central Africa at the beginning of the twentieth century (Pepin et al. 2006, 2010; Pepin and Labbe 2008), together with the destabilization of social structures (Chitnis et al. 2000), the rapid growth of cities (Worobey et al. 2008), and an increased prevalence in sexually transmitted diseases, including genital ulcers (de Sousa et al. 2010), may have facilitated the early dissemination and adaptation of both HIV-1 and HIV-2. The fact that HIV-1 groups M and O as well as HIV-2 group A all emerged around the same time is consistent with this hypothesis (Korber et al. 2000; Lemey et al. 2003, 2004; Worobey et al. 2008; de Sousa et al. 2010).

“However,” the CSHL article curiously concluded, “whether these medical interventions and/or social factors really played a role in the emergence of HIV-1 and HIV-2, and more importantly, whether such “jump-starts” were required to spawn the AIDS pandemic, will remain unknown.”
