??? Possible Conflict of Interest ???
The definition of “conflict of interest” according to Wikipedia.com is:
- a situation occurring when an individual or organization is involved in multiple interests, one of which could possibly corrupt the motivation.
Also, Dictionary.com says this:
- A situation in which someone who has to make a decision in an official capacity stands to profit personally from the decision.
Secure Arkansas is posing this question: could there be a possible conflict of interest between the individuals on the Jonesboro Comprehensive Planning Advisory Committee (CPAC), and Jonesboro Vision 2030 and the Greensboro Village plan?
We strongly believe that the Jonesboro City Council needs to review the findings on the this article and Part 1, mentioned above, prior to voting on the Jonesboro Vision 2030 project.

You need to review this article and Part 1, mentioned above, to see if there is any conflict of interest with any of the people involved with the Jonesboro Vision 2030 project. It appears that they don’t have the best interest of the people of Jonesboro in mind. If implemented, we feel that the priviledged will benefit and the rest will suffer the heavy, communist-style restrictions. This IS a U.N. Agenda 21-type project.
By the way, if you do an online search for “Vision 2030″, you’ll see that it’s being implemented ALL OVER THE WORLD. Secure Arkansas is getting reports that this is happening in many different cities in other states.
The following information should help unravel the secrecy plus give the general public the information they need to understand the evils behind the Jonesboro Vision 2030 project.
You’ll remember that we focused on Jonesboro Mayor Harold Perrin in our previous email (Part 1). (Remember, he IS the current Mayor of Jonesboro!) In this email, we will shed some light on the other actors involved and affiliated with the dreaded Jonesboro Vision 2030 plan.
