As per your replies and seeking solution, here what I shall suggest, especially those living in CANADA can
start dumping their ASSETS (real-state, house, land) and follow GOLD/SILVER standards now,
yes dump HOUSE, REAL-ESTATE perhaps you  can buy REAL-STATE of those nations that are
ANTI-GENOCIDE and recognize HUMAN RIGHTS.
IT has been 25+ years since 1984 GENOCIDE occurred and ‘ZERO CONVICTED‘ THUS FAR, CANADA is still considering more financial deals with india instead of BOYCOTTING, while their economy engine being run by HARDWORKING PANJAABIES, are they making fool of innocent people/citizens?
According to various sources more than Million were killed/slaughtered/burned-alive in that year alone apart from DEMOCIDE in decades that followed after.

Here are few steps I suggest we take to redeem the pledge we had taken earlier to peacefully oppose and boycott thosenations/organizations/people/leaders/corporations that conceal/hide/seclude/support/help GENOCIDE perpetrators or HUMAN RIGHT offenders.

The democratic political system is now clearly run by crony cartelism.  The multinational banks have hijacked the economy and are openly looting the public. Mounting and impossible-to-pay off debt is crippling local governments. The entire spectrum of our rights continues to degrade. Crimes that would land regular citizens in jail are now openly being committed by the elite and their organizations with no justice. And perhaps most telling, the power structure is establishing a control grid to eliminate due process for the Internet and beyond to stifle any dissent.
Difference Between Democracy And DEMONCRACY?

Given the current situation, it can seem impossible to affect real change. However, the exact opposite is the case.  The only reason the system is maintained is because the majority still acquiesce to it. However, change won’t come by electing new establishment politicians, because no matter how noble they may be they still must play the corrupt game. Change won’t come through violent protests or offensive cyber hacktivism, as that only invites and justifies the creeping police state.  We must stop accepting and supporting the system, individually, in order to change it.

Because our representative democracy has become a fraud, and the media and courts are clearly shills for the oligarchs, our only action appears to be non-violent rebellion; one person and community at a time. We can expose the crimes and immorality of the corporate state through civil disobedience and conscientious objection. We can punish multinational companies who commit flagrant fouls on humanity and the environment by boycotting them. Additionally, we can peacefully regain our liberty by becoming less dependent on the system for our basic needs.

Here are few solutions through non-violent activism:

1. Buy Local Food: One of the most powerful cartels that has their tentacles into government is the food cartel. Their agenda has been to control the basic resources of food (corn, wheat, soy, rice).  The best way to conquer this cartel is by eating local; produce your own food, join and contribute to local cooperatives, and engage your neighbors and community for more local food solutions.  Local co-ops are also a great place to trade locally crafted goods and even services. Obviously, do your best to avoid GMO food and eat organically when you can.  Finally, be vocal and active in your opposition to GMO foods and the cartel control of the Central/Federal GENOME/Genetically modified seeds ADMIN.

Support your local FARMERS, since CENTRAL/ADMINS always try to BITE the HAND that FEEDS them. Imagine how-come bread-basket of india, PANJAAB  having innocent farmers suiciding on heavy INTEREST PAYMENTS!

2. Become More Self-Sufficient:  Our modern society has made us dependent on something or someone other than ourselves for most necessities such as electricity, food, water, medicine, security, and education. This dependence puts us at the direction or disposal of the cartel state. Therefore, the only entity that has the power to grant us liberty is ourselves; and we can take back our independence through self-sufficiency. Being self-sufficient means learning skills that will help you and your family survive economic downturns or other emergencies.  These skills may also help you to be less dependent on your job as they’ll make you a useful independent producer. Lead your neighborhood and community toward production and away from dependence.

3. Get Healthier: The increasing pace of life seems to offer a wealth of distractions from the importance of living a truly healthy and free life.  Our modern world offerseasy choices like fast-food in place of fresh produce; TV in place of reading, exercise, or meditation; Internet social networks in place of meaningful personal relationships, etc.  Identify the areas lacking in your own life and resolve to make the necessary changes that will increase your physical fitness, mental acuity, and your spiritual evolution.  These three areas are what truly sustain us in both good times and bad — not smart phones, computer games, and the virtual world.

4. Buy Silver and Gold: The best way to peacefully oppose oppressive/genocidal nations is to not trade with their currency therefore GOLD and SILVER must be bought and traded with!

5. Expose the Agenda: The “agenda” is one of consolidation of wealth, power, and control in every facet imaginable. The international elite are approaching near one-world control, which they call full spectrum dominance of economies and societies.  In other words; national, local, and individual sovereignty is all but gone.  It is extremely important to engage your local community, especially community leaders and police, to reiterate their obligation to serve the local community under the Constitution, and not to follow illegal Federal/CENTER demands. Above all, do not give in to the temptation of apathy as you begin to learn more about the systems of control.  These systems first count on your ignorance, then they count on laziness.  Finally, say what you stand for such as peace, liberty, and genuine justice with even more force than shouting about what you oppose.

6. Boycott: In the PANJAAB (india) it has become obvious that a system has taken hold which is economically designed for one thing: consumption, they cause they hide from you when political parties boost their 10,000 CRORE collection in TAXES.  This is the value that each person has been given from birth.  So, one key way to assert your power and value in such a system is to vote with your wallet.  Every purchase you make either contributes to, or boycotts this corporatist structure.  Become aware of who the real owners are and what inhumane practices are behind the products you purchase, so that you can make intelligent choices that support your health and promote justice.  Additionally, it is important to learn the true contents of the products you buy, so that you don’t fall prey to slick advertising and corporate misdirection. Join or create campaigns to educate shoppers and force better labeling of products so it is easier for others to consciously boycott them.

7. Local Politics: Forget wasting any of your energy and resources on CENTRAL/FEDRAL/NATIONAL politics — they have sold out long ago to the higher authorities that fund their multi-million dollar campaigns. Instead, get involved in small town politics and community initiatives.  The future will be built from the ground up, starting right in your own neighborhood.  Local politics is where you can affect tangible changes. Everything from removing chemicals from public water, high levels of URANIUM in southern panjaab, or refusing military recruitment or fusion centers in protest of the war on terror, can be accomplished at the local level.  Each minor victory will send shock waves to other small communities and the country as a whole, so be sure to document the steps you have taken to achieve victory, then share your story for others to emulate.

8. Military refusal: Do not contribute to fraudulent wars, and do not succumb to the pressure of feeling “unpatriotic.”  There are countless groups of veterans who have seen through the government lies that have led to unnecessary deaths, as well as the financial destruction of the country.  There is, in fact, no more patriotic action that can be taken than to demand that our military be used properly to strengthen the country, rather than to weaken it. For some, there is absolutely no excuse for war, ever, and merely the act of showing up contributes to this affliction.  It is a profound resolution of courage to live by your convictions.  So, if opposing the fraudulent wars is your main issue, file as a conscientious objector and contribute to peace instead of war.

9. Don’t Use Banks: The banks have proven to be some of the most immoral, dare we say “evil,” institutions on the planet. Some are finding their actions so horrific that they’d prefer to default on their debts rather than give them another dime. That may be extreme given the consequences; however, we can at least vow not to take on any new bank financing of any kind — mortgages, credit cards, or car loans, etc. Where possible, bank with local credit unions instead of the big banks that make up the cartel.  It is these micro financial companies and bank that are causing very high rate of SUCIEDES of innocent FARMERS of PANJAAB.

10. Tax Resistance: Becoming a tax resister is a hardcore action of civil disobedience that comes with serious consequences – .  However, when the electoral process and two-party system proves to be a farce, corporations clearly win on every issue, and the will of the people is no longer represented in the media or the courts, people are left with little choice but non-violent rebellion in all its forms. Tax rebellion is often cited by conscientious objectors who oppose how the government uses taxpayer dollars to fund immoral deeds such as war, authorizing torture, building the police state, and fraudulent bank bailouts.  A second group of tax protesters refuse to file because they don’t believe income taxes to be lawful under the Constitution.

11. ELECTIONS ARE STOLEN: As I keep mentioning “THOSE WHO CAST VOTE NOT ELECT BUT THOSE WHO COUNT VOTE ELECT”. This is not something new and something that only happens in india?, well even US was not spared by STOLEN ELECTION and manipulations.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JEzY2tnwExs

Deals are made with would-be elected parties of how they should run the government before-hand. Therefore if we have been shocked for past 3 decades how come those people are in power who are hated most by the PANTH and have done anti-people deeds, there you have an answer “THOSE WHO CAST VOTE NOT ELECT BUT THOSE WHO COUNT VOTE ELECT”, why do you believe KASHMIR for last 4 decades was always seeking elections under UN supervision? Anyways, now it’s too late for even elections, 2011 is year of KASHMIR!

12. UNFOLLOW THE LEADERS: Don’t need to keep running after leaders, if you have support from public LEADERS shall run after you. Further, leaders are known for making secret deals to change the course of event since they have to oblige ELETE those donated money during ELECTION season in support.

13. REACH OUT: Yes, for your ‘JUST-cause’ of PEACE/JUSTICE/TRUTH/DETERMINATION/LIBERTY, reach-out don’t just think inside of BOX or remain within 4 WALL of institution! Think outside of the box!

Remember EVIL GOVERNMENTS would force you to not to adapt above steps however HISTROY reveal those who have been able to achieve above simple peaceful steps make EVIL GOVERNMENT on the RUN!

Therefore, once you start dumping their real-state, house, land, taxes, you shall make them aware that they have to give justice toGENOCIDE victims and can’t just make deals with those nations behind-curtain that commits GENOCIDE and still  DENY

Perhaps, nations like canada & india have missed basic chapter of GENOCIDE, that defines GENOCIDE. It is indeed regrettable, that these nations are fore-runner of HUMAN-RIGHTS and was well placed in UNSC that ignores HUMAN-RIGHT violations and don’t have GUTS to boycott such nations instead they offer trade and financial deals with such nations.

Deeply regrettable, but not genocideCanada

india canada denies GENOCIDE as GENOCIDE!

Despite all the evidence leading to GENOCIDE  1984 and decades that followed, CANADA stands by india’s side, it even does not have GUTS to BOYCOTT india on past human-right violations of it’s minorities. How can CANADA talk of justice, since it was the one providing india with nuclear reactor that enabled india to enrich into NUCLEAR WMD. Perhaps, it would not be out of question to question canada?, if it was involved in transfer of WMD technology thus initiating NUCLEAR arm’s race in ASIA.

canada, nation EXPORTING DISASTER FOR MONEY?

http://www.ccnr.org/exports_3.html

3.2.1. CANDUs for India

3.2.1.1. The CIRUS Research Reactor:

The first Canadian reactor export took place in 1956. It was a “research” and plutonium production reactor modelled on the 40 MW NRX (National ResearchX-metal or X-perimental) reactor that began operation at Chalk River in 1947. The NRX was a heavy water moderated reactor that was built to produce plutonium for the American nuclear weapons program. It was well known that heavy water moderation results in very efficient plutonium production.

The Indian reactor was part of an aid program organized under the Colombo Plan Administration. The total cost of the reactor was about $17 million, of which the Canadian government provided $9.5 million as foreign aid under the Colombo Plan. [274] The reactor was known as CIRUS (Canada-India-Reactor-UnitedStates). The “US” was added because the United States supplied the heavy water for the reactor. The reactor went critical in July 1960, and became infamous as the source of plutonium used by India to manufacture the nuclear bomb it exploded in May 1974. It was still in operation in 1996.

1984 genocide total toll by various figures/sources exceeds .75 million deaths not to mention over quarter million RAPE and physical abuses.

Ever-since, 1984 GENOCIDE, DEMOCIDE followed till the decade of 80′s,90′s, that attributed again about 2 million deaths by account from india under pretext of ‘counter terrorism’.

Together somewhere between 2-3.4 million ethnic population were annihilated, provided total SIKHS community in india being about 10-12 million, if this does not count as GENOCIDE then what does, perhaps canada has its own GENOCIDE standards, that is only followed in  CANADA?

Let’s ask when a 15-20% of ETHNIC population is wiped-out over 2 decades in systematic manner, does it not account as GENOCIDE?

Therefore, canada offended world by proliferating Nuclear Arm’s race in south asia, canada offended SIKHS by denying GENOCIDE justice, canada has clearly offended minorities and all those people around world seeking for justice/peace/truth/liberty/determination.

Further, its a clear message to canada’s minorities community of what kind of country canada they are living in and supporting? Perhaps, CANADA would not consider 15-20% of population annihilation as GENOCIDE.

Just because SIKHS are minorities does not mean that they don’t have right to justice/peace/truth/liberty/determination and shall be governed by canada-india financial relationship that ignores HUMAN RIGHTS, does it?

Perhaps, nations like canada & india have missed basic chapter of GENOCIDE, that defines GENOCIDE. It is indeed regrettable, that these nations are fore-runner of HUMAN-RIGHTS and was well placed in UNSC that ignores HUMAN-RIGHT violations and don’t have GUTS to boycott such nations instead they offer trade and financial deals with such nations.

’84 RIOTS
Deeply regrettable, but not genocide: Canada
Perneet Singh

Tribune News Service

Amritsar, January 2

Even as the Sikhs for Justice, a New York-based human rights advocacy group, is gearing up to file a petition with the UNO seeking the recognition of the 1984 riots as genocide, it has come to light that the Canadian Government had rejected a similar petition filed by Newton-North Delta MP Sukh Dhaliwal and Brampton West MP Andrew Kania in June last year.

Rejecting the petition on September 20 last year, the Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs said: “Events of 1984 were clearly horrific and deeply regrettable. The importance of seeking justice for the victims should not be diminished. Nonetheless, the crime of genocide is a specific intent offence requiring a high threshold of proof of intent to destroy an identifiable group. As far as the Government of Canada is aware, there is no evidence of such intent in this case.”

The reply also mentions about the Nanavati Commission report and Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s apology for the 1984 riots. “In August 2005, the Nanavati Commission report on the 1984 riots was tabled in New Delhi. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh subsequently issued a public apology to Sikhs and the nation as a whole on August 1, 2005, offering a rehabilitation package for the victims and promising action on specific cases named in the report,” it stated.

The response to the petition also dwelt upon India’s vibrant democracy, independent judiciary and free Press. “India is a fully functioning democracy with an independent judiciary and has bodies such as the National Human Rights Commission and 18 state human rights commissions that are designed to receive and process human rights complaints as directed under the Indian ‘Protection of Human Rights Act, 1993’. There have been two commissions of inquiry and eight inquiry committees appointed by several Indian Governments since 1984, who were all tasked with examining riots.”

“Canada recognises that it is the responsibility of the Government of India to fulfill its international human rights obligations and to ensure the safety and well-being of its citizens regardless of religion and ethnicity. Canada also recognises that India is a highly diverse country facing many challenges but serves as an example where civil society and democracy flourish and the Press plays an active and responsible role in reporting alleged human rights abuses,” it further added.

However, Canada had expressed regret over the violence and loss of life that resulted from the riots. Dubbing promotion and protection of human rights an integral part of its foreign policy, it said: “Where there have been allegations of gross human rights violations or crimes against humanity, Canada stresses the need for independent investigations and the importance for accountability of those who are responsible.”

Meanwhile, on a recent visit to Amritsar, Dhaliwal had said he had filed the petition on the people’s demand and was willing to do so once again.
