INDIA's HR and CR CONUNDRUM or CRYSTAL-CLEAR as it appears, Binayak SEN

Here we have another case wherein Human Right and Civil Right being abducted in broad daylight while Governments enjoy/provides power to LEADERs and residing citizens are stripped of their basic HUMAN RIGHTS and CIVIL RIGHTS.

The case of activist “Binayak Sen” that is booked under  sedition  according to indian laws,

however this is not the only case and let’s explore india,   we find many past HR/CR activist have been JAILED and also MADE TO DISAPPEAR completely.

Best Example:  HR/CR cases BELONGING to      MINORITY COMMUNITY in INDIA   being ignored:

Till date  ’ZERO CONVICTED’    for above HR/CR activist disapperance, amazing right?

Another example, november 1984 GENOCIDE wherein more than 7000 were killed in india’s capital DELHI alone and per various reports total toll is around 30,000!    

“ZERO  CONVICTED”!     INDIA’s   HR and CR group/people   never rally   for JUSTICE,        WHY ????

Is “JUSTICE” only ment for HINDU MAJORITY community/religion and MINORITIES in INDIA have no RIGHT to JUSTICE ?

Another example, Gujarat Massacre of MUSLIMS in 2002,  more than 2000 were killed in broad day-light, however culprits still could not be convicted!    Do we see same kind of protests for minority community victims   in india ? 

Therefore, we need to understand  why ‘minority community’ is completely ignored whereas anything belonging to majority communith/religion in INDIA is given immediate coverage including HUGE support from ‘indian’ PROTESTERS/ORGANIZERS?

Is it not intriguing to find that when it comes to a member of MAJORITY religion/community, we find huge crowd and supporters and protesters across indian nation for comparative minuscule event, however whenever it belongs to ‘minority community‘ these same protesters and HR/CR campaigners are no-where to be seen, WHY ?
