Lincoln, NE Deputy Finds 4 People Naked in Truck, Driver Arrested for DUI

On February 18th at about 2:25 a.m., the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint of a suspicious vehicle in the area of 140th and West A Street.

When a deputy arrived, he observed a vehicle matching the description. Upon making contact with the driver of the vehicle, the deputy noticed that the driver along with three other passengers were all naked. Two men and two women were in the vehicle.

Upon approach, the deputy saw what remained of a case of Busch Light beer in the bed of the truck along with several items of clothing.

The deputy smelled a strong odor of alcohol on the driver’s breath and blood shot eyes. The driver, 32-year-old Nickolas Borgman of Denton was arrested for DUI; it was his third offense so it was aggravated. Borgman was then taken into custody and then lodged in jail for felony DUI. He was also cited and released for not wearing a seat belt, over loading the front seat and having an open alcohol container in the vehicle.

The other man in the vehicle is 22-years-old and the women are ages 31 and 36.
