Incredible Footage - TSUNAMI California

Harbors along the California coast have been affected by the tsunami this morning.  Santa Cruz harbor has seen multiple ebbs and flows nearly emptying its harbor.  The surges continue along the coast and are expected to last throughout the day. More than $10million in damage has been done in Santa Cruz, CA alone, not counting privately owned boats.  The CA state Governor has issued a state of emergency which allows the state to invoke military law in the surrounding coastal areas.

The most devastating earthquake of 9.0-magnitude, initially announced as 7.9 destroyed more than 300 houses only in Ofunato City (part of the affected area). Possibly more than 9,500 people are still missing in Japan
