Government agent working with police officer in Tampa Fl. during Joe Biden event to conduct surveillance on American activists

Beware Government agent (possibly foreign according to Jordan Harrah) are working with a police officer to conduct surveillance on American activists during the Joe Biden Vice Presidents fundraiser event in Tampa Florida.

According to a video sent to me and talking with the witness that took the video there I have now confirmed that two government agents had an encounter with American protesters in Tampa Florida during a Vice President Joe Biden Event that happened at around Wednesday, March 23 2011. The event Joe Biden was attending was a scheduled fundraiser for Sen. Bill Nelson at around March 23 at the Embassy Suites Downtown in Tampa Florida according to the Tampabay.com local blog.

One man wearing a professional suit, identifies himself as a local city police officer and named Detective Ray Estevez, and the woman that refuses to identify herself at the start of her appearance  in the video whenever the camera guy who made the video asked her if she was a agent of the Government. The female agent did say she was at least kind of working with the city. She also stated “were kind of separate from the city” and that “this is beyond, beyond federal at this point”. That means that somebody beyond the Federal Government of the United States is working alongside the police departments. That means that whomever the female agent was is somebody foreign working as though she is protecting the Vice President Joe Biden by conducting surveillance on activists.

The conversation goes on with the camera guy asking “Are you in a federal agency”?

Then the agent goes on with “No, that I cant really”

Then interrupts to ask “your not?”

Then she replies with a No.

So that means shes a agent conducting surveillance for a Joe Biden fund-raising event but she does not work with the Federal Government but a foreign Government or entity. Also the kind of badge shes wearing

The camera-guy that has recorded the incident is Jordan Harrah that is operator of the AmericanVoiceBox Youtube Channel. The YouTube video of the incident is below on the YouTube embed:

While Detective Ray gave out his name and identification as working with the Tampa Police Department the woman refuses to even give out her name which is suspicious. What is even more suspicious is that she wears a secret service lapel pin that is not known in Google Images under searches of secret service lapel pins. The only photos I could find with the exact same red lapel pins were under a web page titled “Obama Protection in New York City 22 April 2010“. Who are these new secret service workers? Are they apart of Obamas private security force? Are they U.S. Citizens or foreign mercenaries? Who are these new additions to the secret service? and why do they exist? Why have I not seen a red lapel pin like this before not even during the Bush Administration?

This is the pin that the unidentifiable female agent wore in the video given to me without text from the original video by Jordan.

Now I will show you images of the same exact red lapel pin from “Obama Protection in New York City 22 April 2010” proving it is the same pin.

She never announced whether she was a foreign secret service agent or apart of the International Police Force (Interpol) but the fact that the camera-guy believes the agent is working for the Chinese Government as a potential Chinese Government Agent doesn’t seem far-fetched at all especially with another report I have got into regarding Foreign Trade Zones (FTZ) which allows foreigners to live and work in the United States for the matters of trade and import. According to a post on Morningliberty.com by Andy Valisalo and the Author nicknamed Mississippigal there are suspicions that 257 China Towns will be built across the United States.

According to my investigation there are Foreign Trade Zones in the United States and is under the International Trade Administration and the Import Administration. They are under the Department of Commerce of the United States of America. So I decided to see if Tampa Florida had a Foreign Trade Zone which would add more weight of facts to Jordan’s accusation that the woman with the Red Lapel badge is a Chinese agent, foreign agent, or just a foreign International police agent that works beyond the Rule of Law and the U.S. Constitution. I have confirmed that there is a Foreign Trade Zone in the City of Tampa in Florida and by c/o Tampa Hillsborough Economic Development Corp. This information is public knowledge from the Foreign Trade Zone map on the Import Administrations section of the International Trade Administration website. Also the foreign worker strategies under the guise of trade are being used to build upon the North American Union which would be in the same style as the European Union under the guise of trade deals but was extremely unpopular and the idea never proceeded.

So could this female agent be a member of the Tampa Foreign Trade Zone? At this time we have no information but will release a new report upon confirmation on whether this unidentified female Government agent could be apart of the Foreign Trade Zone, apart of Interpol, or even any Governing body outside the jurisdiction of the United States Federal and State Government.

Also I got views from random outside sources and one of them was that after seeing the video believes the unidentified female agent could be a foreign power especially since she used the terms Beyond Federal. Another believes that she means “they have their own laws that can detain you indefinitely or worse”. After getting random opinions from anonymous sources it seems there is a possible chance this agent could be of a International body or has no allegiance to the U.S. Constitution or the rule of law.

Of course their views may not be that farfetched as well since the Russia red star military insignia is of a red star.

and also red is the major color of Communist (Fascist) China.

It is unconfirmed whether this is the official image used by the Chinese Government but the image has been found by research using Google Images.

Also there was a report by Prison Planet.tv in a exclusive production of  “Operation Vigilant Guard”, where Infowars.com reporters and filmmakers Rob Dew and Jason Douglass venture to Chicago, Illinois, to document the militarization of domestic response during disasters and terrorist events in the United States. According to their article it seems to be about foreign troops training in the United States.

Any followup reports regarding this incident, the identity of the mysterious unidentified female Government agent, Foreign Trade Zones, and United States Secret Service agent wearing the red lapel pin will be reported on Federaljack as a followup from this story and will be posted in the appropriate category but announced as a followup above any followup articles.

Ray Estevez is a detective working for the Tampa Police Department. According to my research he is apart of the Tampa Police Department District One according to WTSP local news for Tampa Florida. Also another WTSP story states that Mr. Ray is also apart of the Tampa’s Robbery Unit helping on a case where a Tampa soldier has been robbed.
