What it means.

First.  An anarchrist is not a provacateur although provacateurs hide behind their name.  Provacateurs can be just plain criminals or persons who riot because they are bored and it sounds like a good idea at the time.

Anarchrist believe we don’t need a government because each person’s conscience is enough policeman.  They are not likely to break laws in such a way because it would disprove everything they believe.  But, provacateurs take on only the part about no government so they can riot and call it protest.

When there is civil disobedience it is not a riot which hurts people by vandalisms.  The molotov cocktails they were throwing are acts of terrorists.

When civil disobedience is needed, first, do no harm.  An inconvenience is not real harm.  There will be some inconvenience to any protest but it is not a reason to curtail or limit the right to exercise the First Amendment.  Your rights end where another person’s right begins but that is not to mean someone can say they have a right to shut you up by any means fair or foul.

Remember, there is a time and place for democracy and there is a time for the Grand Jury and Jury.

If you riot, don’t expect to call it “protesting” to the jury.  It is vandalism and possibly terrorist regardless of your advantage in otherwise labeling it.

The people did good with their parody of a Grand Jury but a Grand Jury is serious business.  To have crediblity it must be structured so we need to educate each other.
