Full Disclosure! It's No Secret To Them

We went to see the movie “Prometheus” yesterday, and it was awesome. I had been eagerly anticipating seeing it since I saw the first trailer, and it did not dissapoint. Though it was primarily a space horror type flick in the same genre as “Alien” (made by the same director), it had a different ‘feel’ to it, and the spiritual and philosophical questions it posed were gargantuan. It was definitely one of those movies that makes me think. Even though much of the information it presented in a fictional format is stuff that I have spent my life studying about, specifically the source of intelligent life on earth and the possible ties to our being ‘seeded’ by an extraterrestrial intelligence, it did a wonderful – albeit somewhat scary job of re-envisioning it. 

So today, I find myself scouring the internet once again for interesting, new information on some of the subjects the movie touched on, and I am realizing something : it seems there is little left to “learn” about all this at this point; what is left really is to find out if any of the theories people have about any of this stuff are true. And Lord knows, there are a ton of them, all within the realm of the “alien origins” of the human race. Typically, all of the theories can be broken down into 2 main categories : 1, the ETs that created us are loving and peaceful and want to help humanity, or 2, the ETs that created us are like us, warlike and violent, and not necessarily ‘fond’ of us. The movie took the track of the second category, which made it much darker than it might have been had the creators been ‘nice.’ But I digress -

The point I was getting to ultimately is that there seems to nothing new to really learn, no information to make me go “wow!”, no ‘secrets’ to be revealed at this point. I have, in my mind, explored most every conspiracy and/or alternative theory out there – from the New World Order stuff to the alien agenda stuff; from the HAARP experiments to the reptilian agenda; from secret societies to the Illuminati. I have read much, doubted much and learned much. The thing is, what I and most people in my situation really need right now is some kind of confirmation – some validation that some, none or all of this stuff is true or not. Without it, we can all go on speculating til the cows come home, but that’s all it will be – speculation. Without some sort of concrete proof or affirmation from the PTB (powers that be) that there is something true about some of this, we are all just left to flounder in “speculation land.” And I know that for me personally, having been into this stuff for over 20 years now, it’s getting a bit tiresome.

In all honesty, not much truly new or revealing info has come out in those 20 years. Even back then, there was tons of information about the UFO cover-up, the New World Order, the Trilateral Commission, MJ12, weather manipulation, etc. One could take the front page of beforeitsnews.com and slap 1991 at the top, and short of changing a few proper nouns out, it would easily fit right in. Sure, every now and then some new twist on a theory comes out; some new interpretation of something that has been said before; some new viewpoint that has not yet been thought of. But there hasn’t really been that smoking gun – that undeniable, unarguable, verifiable and rock solid PROOF that many of us hunger for. There are many who have said “THIS IS IT!” Or, “Finally, here it is – PROOF!” But none of the items or information that have followed any of those proclamations has been of such weight and validity that it made it past the alternative news sources.

Some would argue, “But even if it WAS true, the MSM (mainstream media) would never let it out!” And there might be some small truth to that. But with real time social media outlets like Twitter, Facebook and others, I have to believe that if something truly fantastic and awe-inspiring were to come to light, it would not be possible for the government or the MSM to completely silence any chatter about it. With the ability to text, email, Skype, etc it seems that the only way ‘they’ could prevent the infornation from getting out would be to completely shut down the communication channels. And doing that would raise a GREAT amount of suspicion in all people I would imagine, which would only fuel the spread of the information that they try to repress – which would actually serve to give the information that much more credibility and validity. Hey, wait a minute – that makes me wonder something…

IF what I said is correct, that clamping down on communication and shutting down the main channels would only legitimize any information about any of these theories or ideas that might get out, then might it not be true that the reaction of the MSM and the governments to such information would be to simply ignore it, and do nothing? I mean, if they were to do anything else, it would give all of us conspiracy mongers something to point to and say “SEE! Look! They did so-and-so because they don’t want the info to get out!” Which would play right into our hands, and help us to know what is true and what is not. And that is what is really demoralizing to me as I sit here thinking about it : if they simply do nothing about any information that comes out, be it true, ground-breaking, hooey, or otherwise – how can we ever hope to be able to separate the ‘wheat from the chaff’ in the information overload that is the world wide web? Quite the conundrum, is it not?

It also shows just how unbelievably cunning and intelligent ‘they’ are. It is absolutely brilliant on their part to have arranged, or at least allowed the arrangement of our current information infrastructure such that all they have to do is absolutely nothing. They can pay a couple of knobs to sit around and post belittling, insulting and demeaning comments to any articles or information that comes out that might strike a little too close, and when a person reads it, and their natural skepticism (even if it is minimal) takes notice, the part of them that doesn’t want themself to look stupid – their EGO – latches on to the ridiculing comment, and out of fear of looking stupid, they brush it off with a “yeah, what a bunch of crap.” And voila’! Critical information disclosure is avoided NOT by keeping the information hidden – not at all. For this methodology to work, the information has to be right there for everyone to see. No, the way they avoid disclosure, or more correctly, the EFFECTS of disclosure, is to destroy, or at least severly hamper collective belief. By so doing, they free up untold amounts of resources once employed to keep all this stuff secret, while at the same time giving everyone what they want – the supposedly ‘secret’ information. Now, HOW insidious – manipulative, crafty, and scary is that people?

They say the best place to hide something is in plain site – so where is the truth really? Are you reading it now? How can we ever know? More and more questions… We’re just waiting for one REAL, undeniable, unarguable and verifiable answer. Here’s hoping that we don’t have to wait another 20 years…
