Sebastion Tagurhous is a very adventurous man who built an exact replica of Fred’s car from the famous
cartoon “The Flintstones”. The only difference is that the car is runs off a motor and not the driver’s
feet. The long list of inspection requirements has kept the owner from driving it around town. The car
lacks a few things such as; air bags, windshield, doors, seat belts, and a solid roof. For these reasons
alone it is not hard to imagine why the police will not allow Tagurhous to have it street legal.
