Obamacare will bombard people with vaccine promotions

Under Obamacare there will be grant programs for states to implement a debt collector style bombardment of vaccine promotions and even use assessment programs to target those the refuse to take the vaccination shots.

Again for those that don’t know what Obamacare’s real name is called, it is titled the “The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act” (PPACA) or (ACA).

Under Title IV (Prevention of chronic disease and Improving public health) the same Title as where the Public Health Council provisions are also under as what was outlined in the last USWGO article on Obamacare, Subtitle C—Creating Healthier Communities, Sec. 4204. Immunizations., the Secretary may negotiate and enter into contracts with manufacturers of vaccines for the purchase and delivery of vaccines for adults as provided for under subsection (e), and subsection (e) describes of a GAO Study and Report on medicare beneficiary access to vaccines. To dig even further the Comptroller General of the United States shall conduct a study on the ability of Medicare beneficiaries who were 65 years of age or older to access routinely recommended vaccines covered under the prescription drug program under part D of title XVIII of the Social Security Act over the period since the establishment of such program.

This is all along with the Public Health Council that will work on a number of issues to make sure the Government controls what people eat, that people won’t be addicted to tobacco, and that the government makes sure people get enough exercise as what is recommended by the health council as what was outlined in the last Obamacare article by USWGO.

That means that vaccines will be recommended by the government instead of professional medical advisers such as private doctors. The government will now decide what vaccinations people should be recommended to getting despite some vaccines permanent damage side affects which including seizures, autism, cancer viruses, and other viruses now being planted in the vaccines.

That doesn’t even cover half of what is in Section 4204. I will continue on to the fact that people will now be bombarded by government notices to encourage people to take vaccination shots even the ones that cause autism, seizures, and blindness.

Under Section (m)–Demonstration Program to Improve Immunization Coverage (124 STAT. 571), Paragraph (1), The Secretary, acting through the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, shall establish a demonstration program to award grants to States to improve the provision of recommended immunizations for children, adolescents, and adults through the use of evidence-based, population-based interventions for high-risk populations.

Of course the evidence that is collected on vaccination recommendations will not come from Independent Researchers like Mike Adams of Natural News, Alex Jones of Infowars.com, Brian D. Hill of USWGO Alternative News, and other skilled vaccine researchers that find the truth on vaccines and the risks it poses to human health. The evidence to the CDC will likely be from  corporate pharmaceuticals such as Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, Rockefeller Foundation, Merck, and other large-scale drug companies and corporations that only knows best for public health when their convictions are corrupted by a need to profit off of increasing human sickness. They don’t even hide the business model that the more patients get sick the more money is lined up to the pockets of Big Pharma.

Under Paragraph (2) known as State Plan, To be eligible for a grant under paragraph (1), a State shall submit to the Secretary an application at such time, in such manner, and containing such information as the Secretary may require, including a State plan that describes the interventions to be implemented under the grant and how such interventions match with local needs and capabilities, as determined through consultation with local authorities.

That means that if a state decides to accept Federal grant money as what is entitled under Obamacare law, they will have to force those that refuse to take vaccinations with vaccine interventions that will match the local needs and capabilities as determined with the local police and health department. Much like how family intervenes alcoholics, pressure will be put on those that don’t want to take vaccinations for religious and medical reasons.

Now lets review Paragraph (3) known as the Use of Funds, ‘‘Funds received under a grant under this subsection shall be used to implement interventions that are recommended by the Task Force on Community Preventive Services (as established by the Secretary, acting through the Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) or other evidence-based interventions, including” the following in the orderly list.

1. Subsection (A) providing immunization reminders or recalls for target populations of clients, patients, and consumers;
2. Subsection (B) educating targeted populations and health care providers concerning immunizations in combination with one or more other interventions;
3. Subsection (C) reducing out-of-pocket costs for families for vaccines and their administration;
4. Subsection (D) carrying out immunization-promoting strategies for participants or clients of public programs, including assessments of immunization status, referrals to health care providers, education, provision of on-site immunizations, or incentives for immunization;
5. Subsection (E) providing for home visits that promote immunization through education, assessments of need, referrals, provision of immunizations, or other services;
6. Subsection (F) providing reminders or recalls for immunization providers;
7. Subsection (G) conducting assessments of, and providing feedback to, immunization providers;
8. Subsection (H) any combination of one or more interventions described in this paragraph; or
9. Subsection ‘(I) immunization information systems to allow all States to have electronic databases for immunization records.

Now lets go over what I just posted above.

Like I described above, any states that wish to receive this Federal grant money as provided under Obamacare, Acting through the director of the CDC, to implement local government interventions to get people to take the vaccines as what is recommended by the CDC. This will likely be through the counties health department with assistance of the local police or Sheriff.

Under Subsection (A) anyone who hasn’t received their vaccination shot will receive reminders or recall the targeted people (the ones that don’t have proof of immunization). Under Subsection (B) the states through the county health departments will be educating the targeted people  and even health care providers concerning vaccinations/immunizations in combination with use of one or more other interventions, in other words just like with debt collectors that keep calling the indebted slaves, the U.S and local governments will keep persisting in efforts to get people to take the over 20-30 vaccination shots every year. Under Subsection (C) Big Pharma will reduce the cost of vaccines for families so that more and more people will start taking their shots when they couldn’t before due to costs. Under Subsection (D) there will be strategies to promote vaccines for participants in public programs including assessments of immunization status, referrals to health care providers, education, provision of on-site immunizations or incentives for immunization. In other words prepare for getting letters every month encouraging vaccinations, phone calls reminding people to take the shots, and even doctors encouraging people to take the shots on every visit. Under Subsection (E) the health department and likely including CPS and the local authorities will be conducting home visits to promote immunization through education(Propaganda from Big Pharma and Eugenics groups), assessing why people should get the shots, referring people to where to get the shots and who will give them, using the provisions/laws to get people to accept being vaccinated, and giving people other services. Under Subsection (F) the government will send reminders and recalls to immunization providers to make sure that the targeted folks take their shots. Under Subsection (G) the health department will conduct assessment of and providing feedback to immunization providers. Under Subsection (H) the health department workers can use any combination of one or more interventions as described in the very paragraph we are on right now. In other words prepare for harassment time and being  bombarded with Government and health care provider messages urging you to take the vaccination shot and not just one but whatever number of shots the CDC wants. Subsection (I) is the most frightening as all immunization information systems and digital record keeping will be created to allow states to keep track of peoples immunization records, in other words they will use electronic databases to keep track on who gets the vaccination shots and who hasn’t. So with the Census and other words they have on every American, they can find out who doesn’t have any immunization records describing what shots the person took and when the shot was taken every year.

So pretty much under the Department of Health and Human Services, the CDC, the state health department along with the local county health departments, they will organize efforts to track who hasn’t taken the vaccination shots recommended by Big Pharmaceutical laboratory corporations then bombard them with advertisements and promotions, and even use house visits until every anti-vaccine person decides to let go of their pride and take the vaccines as what was recommended by the CDC and the FDA with Big Pharmaceutical representatives influencing those positions of authority. The Rockefeller Foundation released a 1968 yearly report(USWGO Archived the PDF) where they acknowledged the funding the development of so-called “anti-fertility vaccines” also known as vaccines to sterilize humans and their implementation on a mass-scale of the human population. From Page 72 it states and I quote “several types of drugs are known to diminish male fertility, but those that have been tested have serious problems of toxicity. Very little work is in progress on immunological methods, such as vaccines, to reduce fertility, and much more research is required if a solution is to be found here.” There you have it the Rockefeller Foundation stated on the record about a plan of using vaccines  to reduce fertility. Also there are reports that vaccines have cancer viruses, cause autism, and other problems and yet the mainstream medical fields simply dismiss it as quackery and that people should trust Big Pharma when they force vaccinations down our throats. Much like when a rapist tells the rape victim that rape isn’t rape but that its something wonderful or the rapist tries to blame the victim. Same with the eugenicists in the medical field its medical rape with chemicals and viruses.

If vaccines are questionable in their ability to do only good and protect the health of people, then why should government ever force a vaccine, mandate a vaccine, or heavily promote a vaccine towards it’s people.

Eventually Obamacare will lead to forced vaccination even those legally exempted under state vaccination laws.
