Former U.S. Marine Brandon Raub is locked in a psych ward over his 9/11 Facebook posts. The former Marine who was detained by the federal government over Facebook posts critical of the government is being held against his will, without just cause, and Raub has been sentenced to “up to 30 days’ further confinement in a VA psych ward.

The FBI is denying any involvement in the actual arrest of Mr. Brandon Raub and Stewart Rhodes, founder of Oathkeepers.org, is calling that statement illegitimate. Rhodes claimed in an interview with Pete Santilli on Monday, August 20, 2012 that,

“As of now, Brandon Raub has not committed any crime here.”  “You can bet if they could arrest him for a crime they would have done it already.” “This arrest is the beginning of mental instability being used as a reason for arrest and is exactly what Stalin and Hitler did. Charge him or release him should be the protest cry for Brandon Raub.” ~Stewart Rhodes

Very strong warnings from Rhodes during the interview included,

“America is at a crossroads and we are on the short track to a Hitler type Government. We have to decide whether we are going to turn back the clock to 1775 America or a 1930‘s Nazi Germany America. We have a very rapidly closing window for peaceful solutions — we are running out of time,” says Stewart Rhodes.

Stewart Rhodes has promised that constitutional leaders, Ron Paul, Andrew Napolitano, Chuck Baldwin, Sheriff Richard Mack who will be gathered at the Republican National Convention will be having a meeting of the minds to talk about what they plan to do to fight back against a Government that is obviously out of control.
