Urgent! Sheriff Mack: Peace Officers Violated Their Oath By Arresting USMC Vet Brandon Raub

In an unexpected ruling handed down today by Circuit Court Judge Allan Sharrett, the judge dismissed the government’s case against Brandon Raub, the Marine who was arrested by local police and FBI agents, detained in a psychiatric ward and forced to undergo psychological evaluations based solely on the controversial nature of lines from song lyrics, political messages and virtual card games which he posted to his private Facebook page. Judge Sharrett dismissed the petition for involuntary commitment on the grounds that the petition “is so devoid of any factual allegations that it could not be reasonably expected to give rise to a case or controversy.” Raub is expected to be released immediately.

Pete Santilli invites to the show BusinessInsider.com  Reporter Michael Kelley, who Pete calls “one of the last remaining members of the free press in America”.  Mr. Kelley has been providing comprehensive coverage of the Brandon Raub case, and released an article today announcing the judges ordered release of the unlawfully detained Marine.  Mr. Kelley provides a detailed update on the matter and has a very thought provoking conversation with Pete about the free-press’s responsibility to follow up on Chesterfield P.D.’s unconstitutional actions by arresting of Raub.  Pete specifically calls for holding the peace officers accountable for violating their oath of office, and asks for Michael Kelley to follow up diligently.  At the end of the interview, Pete thanks Michael Kelley for his service to our country.

At the 30 min mark, Sheriff Mack  joins Pete to discuss the unconstitutional actions of the peace officers who violated their oath of office by arresting Brandon Raub.  “The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and what they have done is betrayed their oath…that is a serious violation of the law & they should be held accountable.”  Sheriff Mack has been a long time champion of the U.S. Constitution, and has founded the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association (CSPOA.org) to educate sworn law enforcement officers on their obligation to uphold their oath of office.  During the interview, Sheriff Mack reveals that he contacted the Chesterfield, Virginia Police Chief to plead with him to release Brandon Raub, as the arrest was in violation of the U.S. Constitution.  Sheriff Mack stated, “He (the Police Chief) could have been a hero in standing up to the federal authorities, and unfortunately decided not to take my advisement.”
