Finale doorbraak zaak kinderen v.d.Brink/Minkema
Doof-beerput definitief niet meer te sluiten
Eindelijk is het dan zover. De doof-beerput van de Nederlandse kinderhandel in en rond Alkmaar en natuurlijk door het gehele land is vanaf nu definitief niet meer te sluiten. Daarbij betrokken acterende handelaren zoals een grote hoeveelheid rechters, advocaten, gezinsvoogden, BJZ, politiemensen en waarschijnlijk nog vele anderen tot in het politieke Haagse Circus en het Ministerie van Justitie aan toe, hangen definitief. De kogel is door de kerk, het ultieme bewijs van de grootste smerige doofpot, betreffende corruptie, belangenverstrengeling, kinderhandel en georganiseerd kindermisbruik zal hierna worden geleverd.
Op maandag 3 september zijn Ben van den Brink, zijn partner Leonie Minkema en ik naar de Rechtbank Amsterdam gegaan. In deze rechtbank is het officieel landelijke gezagsregister gevestigd. Ben van den Brink heeft daar om een uittreksel gevraagd van het gezag betreffende de beide kinderen. Uit dit uitreksel komen zeer onthullende en schokkende zaken naar voren. Het eerste onthullende feit is, dat beide ouders officieel als gezagsdragend staan vermeld.
De bom onder alle familierechtszittingen betreffende Nirvana en Demi van den Brink, net als onder de direct daarmee samenhangende strafzaken tegen Ben van den Brink, wordt gelegd door de vermelding op het uittreksel van het aantal zittingen die er in deze zaak zijn geweest. Volgens de corrupte leugenachtige gezinsvoogd J. B. zou het bij de laatste zitting van 20 september 2011, die niet in het uittreksel staat vermeld, gegaan zijn om zowel een OTS als een UHP. De ook niet vermelde handjeklapbijeenkomst tussen J. B. en een kinderrechter op 19 oktober 2011, zou een ontheffing uit het ouderlijk gezag van Leonie betreffen. Deze J. B. zou per direct opgepakt moeten worden en voor jaren achter de tralies moeten verdwijnen, wegens valsheid in geschrifte en betrokkenheid bij een criminele terroristische kinderen verhandelende organisatie.
