And BTW Folks, Martial Law, even though ill defined in the
Constitution, can
be used Nationally, State Wide, County Wide, City Wide if States, County,
City have given powers to be the authority to invoke Martial law.
The last time it was use was in Aug 2005 during Hurricane Katrina. M
martial Law was issued by the Mayor of N.O.
That to the best of my knowledge and based on what I can find out.
