The video shows a handcuffed Williams, his eyes rolled back, gasping for breath and begging for help in the back seat of a Milwaukee police car as officers ignore his pleas.

Whats going on in Milwaukee Wi?
Frank Jude Jr was beat half to death on October 24, 2004 by a group of off duty police officers.
Then on March 27, 2006, a joint jury trial commenced before Judge David Hansher, which was covered by Court TV. The prosecutors took the unusual step of challenging the racial composition of the jury when an all-white jury was selected.
The court rejected the prosecutors’ challenge and permitted the case to proceed with an all-white jury, laying the groundwork for much community outrage.
The prosecution’s task was made particularly difficult by the fact that nearly all of the eyewitnesses to the crime admitted drinking that evening, some heavily. Further, it was later revealed that one of the state’s key witnesses, Joseph Schabel, the first on-duty Milwaukee Police Officer to arrive at the scene, lied in his testimony. .
Shortly after 11 PM on April 14, 2006, after deliberating for roughly 27 hours, the jury returned its verdict, acquitting Andrew Spengler and Daniel Masarik. Jon Bartlett was acquitted of second-degree recklessly endangering safety but the jury deadlocked on the charge of substantial battery. It was the only felony jury trial that D.A. McCann ever lost in his 38 years as a prosecutor.[5]
It seems corruption runs deep in Wi law enforcement agencies.

So he was robbing people when he got arrested and he was having some sort of seizure in the back seat of the squad car. There is no mention of a medical condition but if he had one, I don’t think a life of crime was a good career choice for him.

Regardless of what the suspect was charged with, he is a human being, he deserved better than to die like this. Innocent until proven guilty used to be the law. If it were a White Boy, he wouldn’t be dead today! Everyone deserves forgiveness, he who has not sinned may cast the first stone! Do you really believe that the Cops should be judge jury and executioner? What if that was your son?
Josey, I firmly believe the police would have done this to a white in the same situation.
That’s why in certain areas of America if a marked cop were to enter would be shot dead in one second flat, I believe that’s why they need tanks for travel through these hell holes. The problem is illegal drugs sold by our federal government and then they turn around and arrest users to keep the price high; they’re the biggest drug dealers in the world and everything evolves around their activities.
This is murder… I Thank God everyday that im not living in America. This Kind of Police Brutality would not be accepted in our country.

Here in Montana they do this in increments handed out over time and with fabricated intent adding insult to the injuries, and targeting the injured areas EVERY TIME making fun of their handiwork of disabling people to reduce them to welfare cash cows for the state, while pandering the outrage of the victim as a mental instability. They set of with brutal injuries in 2004 on me, and then just kneel and tear away on the spinal injuries caused me, while detaining my shaking in horror and fear, acting as if I was dangerous. As a foreign taxpayer women, I do not have disability rights, and that seems to apply to judicial and civil and human right as well.
After nine years of harassment and repentant abuse, I get sick at the sight of police now. You people have no idea how sick and criminal this system of racketeering human lives into the courts is. Its a gambit that involves all state agencies and ruthless medical frauds and cover-ups, falsifications of records, you come out of the other side, not just physically and mentally battered, you come out having your entire life reedited on paper. What a bunch of unholy bastards…Pardon my English!
He was 22, unmarried and already had three children? Hmmmm. I’m certainly not suggesting that this justifies his alleged treatment, but it is definitely a red-flag. I realize that police treatment of civilians is deteriorating and our nation is quickly turning into an authoritarian police-state, however you can’t act like a douchebag and expect not to be treated like a douchebag. Personally, I think that people should have the right to act like a douche if that’s what they want and it doesn’t prevent anyone else from acting in the manner that they choose. However, reality is still reality and you have to deal with the world that we live in, not the world that we should live in. If you act like an irresponsible thug, you are likely to be treated like an irresponsible thug. Race, sex, religion or creed has nothing to do with it, really. I’m not saying that anyone is better than anyone else or that people should be forced to act a certain way, only that it is what it is….
Acts of cruelty were always part of the Los Angeles scene even back in the 1960´s, but the sophisticated technology that is now available to produce a video such as this one was not available. The irony of the entire scenario is the fact that this individual placed himself in danger in the criminal lifestyle he followed, but yet the public servants were without mercy and did not abide by the due process of law, so who is the worst criminal?

There is not enough information to determin how scumbag he was to deserve anything, three kids no wife ever doesn’t mean anything on his character, because you can’t compare relationships or love. Two it’s amazing how they can say anything they want to discredit or show low class individual.
When clearly the police that have no reason to be biased should have done there job protect him!
