To say that there is one vision of a NWO shared by all of the World’s elitists would be wrong. Also there appears to be a wide range of measures that they are willing to take to achieve these goals
For example I believe that George W Bush and Barack Obama wish to have the US be a part of a larger international cooperation that will ultimately lead to a single Worldwide government and a shared culture. They both appear to be willing to us the power of our military to bring this vision to reality. This seems to be pretty much were the similarities end however.
Bush pushed a world of civil rights, brought about gradually, and fueled by free enterprise in his vision of the NWO were leaders are elected democratically.
In stark contrast Obama pushes for a NWO that is highlighted by equality of outcomes and “Social Justice”. The economic system would be, at best, Socialism/Marxism and at worst, Nazism/Communism. His vision would be brought about suddenly and by violent revolution and repression where propaganda and class envy failed to bring about the change.
Domestically they differ wildly as well. Bush’s vision included change brought about gradually, through education and a slower, more natural changing of the culture and populations. Again, with Obama, it is forced change brought about through heavy-handed tactics, fear, and violent revolution. Population reductions would be much more dramatic and occur over a far shorter period.
This says two things about the “elitists” who want the change. One: they only have loose goals of a “sustainable world” (population control), and a cooperative and centrally controlled World government in which they hold the power. The form of government and human rights do not seem nearly as important. Two: How we get there does not seem to matter a great deal to most of them.
Get out of here. It’s the same guys behind Obama and Bush. Obama at least “looks like” a politician. Bush only ever looked incontinent. Mind you, when you have a Satanist pop, chances are yu’ll be put thru’ a world a pain.

It will be visible as they cross the sky’s and land to get to the Southern gates. Some of the PTB and STB are on that ride too.
