Not exactly.The house of Representatives have to give the impeachment to the Senate who then decide 2/3rd’s vote for removal.In Barry’s case he is probably not eligible to be the President in the first place,therefore rendered unimpeachable,so he could be arrested by any police officer.Since the crime of conspiracy to impersonate an American citizen to obtain high office would most certainly be high treason,amongst other charges,he would be in big trouble along with a slew of other people.I believe that since Steve Muhammad Barok picked Biden for V.P.,that Biden would be disqualified and charged with treason also.
