This video clearly shows what looks to be a fairly large holding center for human beings and the way we know it is meant for humans is the 12 foot tall electric fence on the inside and the outer fence with constantino wire facing inwards to keep people from escaping. Only prisons and fema camps have inward facing razor wire and an inside 12 foot tall electric fence with 7 thousand volts. This is in Flint MI. This lot is also about 50 yards from train tracks. Thank you for your report. From a camouflage point of view you make sense. As a holding pen it makes sense. The interior electric fencing is new to me. I live in a county (Mecklenberg NC) where GovCo believe the people work for the paperpushers….. I don’t think any of the dolt inspectors would let that fence pass. In my business the inspector has never been in the field, hell, the gov-turd has never held a real job. Its sad.
I think those camps are being built for undocumented workers. They did it in WW2.
