Senator Levin revealed – It was Obama who required the Indefinite Detainment Bill INCLUDE U.S. Citizens as part of the wording!
As soon as December 13, the President will sign NDAA Section 1031 into law, permitting citizen imprisonment without evidence or trial. The bill that passed Congress absolutely DOES NOT exempt citizens. The text of Section 1031 reads, “A covered person under this section” includes “any person who has committed a belligerent act”. We only have to be ACCUSED, because we don’t get a trial.
- Confusingly, Obama threatened a veto for 1032, but NOT 1031. 1032 is UNRELATED to imprisoning citizens without a trial. He has never suggested using a veto to stop Section 1031 citizen imprisonment — in fact, it was requested by the Obama administration. Watch the video for proof.
- The Feinstein Amendment 1031(e) is dangerously misleading. Don’t be fooled: In the text of 1031(e), “Nothing in this section shall be construed…”, the only word that matters is “construed” because the Supreme Court are the only ones with the power to construe the law. The Feinstein Amendment 1031(e) permits citizens to be imprisoned without evidence or a trial forever, if the Supreme Court does not EXPLICITLY repeal 1031.

Oh, please STOP! If you act like our system of gov’t is a dictatorship it WILL BE a dictatorship. Congress has always had the authority and duty to shut BHO the dicator down (and march him out in chains), as well as the previous dictators, Bush, Clinton, Bush, whose E.O.’s have been incrementally killing our Constitution and Bill of Rights. Anyone who tells you it’s “ABO” is either a liar or a political moron.
This started LONG before we heard the name BHO and it will continue no matter what major party is in. How do I know? Over the past 2 decades, the majorities have come and gone but the policies have stayed the same.
Wake up. Not “ABO!” But “ABMP!” Anyone but Major Party! and of course, people imposed Term limits, “ABI” Anyone but the incumbant.

Congress has no authority. None of your laws come from that source. Haven’t you noticed? It’s all Executive Orders from the Black House, or Rule by Diktat.
Congress issues resolutions and opinions which have no status in law. Why is this ? It’s because in the 1860′s, the Southern States seceded from the Union. This left Congress without a sufficient number of States to form a quorum, according to its own rules. So Congress dissolved itself “sine die”, which means “without setting a day to reconvene”. Since then, it has passed yearly votes for a State of Emergency. During such a contingency, the President is empowered to rule as a dictator. So you live in a dictatorship which is sometimes mild-mannered, and at other times draconian and fascisistic. Surely no-one imagines that US police forces protect and serve the people ! This is what you are supposed to think, but if you look at the reality of US policing, it is a criminal enterprise, without any restraints upon it. Ditto with the disgusting TSA.
The courts in such a system are martial law courts. During wartime, such courts can impose whatever conditions and penalties they choose, unconstrained by your Constitution. This is now being reflected in a permanent arrangement called NDAA.
How do we know that the courts that you are ruled by are ML courts? Because of the flag which is displayed in every one of them. It is a gold-fringed US flag. This is the flag of the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, who is the President and de facto dictator..
