Many believe there are two Gods, a good god and an evil god, and that they have been in constant conflict since the beginning of the human race. The evil god is also known as “Lucifer” or “Satan.” Many believe these two Gods, or creators, are using us as pawns in this conflict. According to Albert Pike, the battle began in the Garden of Eden. He wrote:

…the Prince of Darkness…made Adam, whose soul was of the Divine Light, contributed by the Eons, and his body of matter, so that he belonged to both Empires, that of Light and that of Darkness. To prevent the light from escaping at once, the Demons forbade Adam to eat the fruit of “knowledge of good and evil,” by which he would have known the Empire of Light and that of Darkness. He obeyed; an Angel of Light induced him to transgress and gave him the means of victory; but the Demons created Eve, who seduced him…

Like Monteith claims, this is one of the most important passages you will ever read. Reread it several times. Remember, Albert Pike was a Mason who made it to the Mysteries.

So what is the secret that has been handed down through the ages? The answer can be found on page 321 of Morals and Dogma, where you will discover the source of “the Light” that Masons seek. Albert Pike wrote:

…Lucifer, the Light-bearer! Strange and mysterious name to give to the Spirit of Darkness! Lucifer, the Son of the Morning! Without this principle…we would be surely no better than animals…

The secret that’s been hidden from the population is that God (Jehovah) and Satan both exist and live inside all of us. What side you feed will decide whose side you join.
