Basically they released info that we had a 30% chance to collide with what they are calling an asteroid (pics look more like a planetoid) sometime near the end of December to early January.

BBC, Al Jazeer, etc are all disinfo tools and the fact is, there has not been a major natural disaster in a while. Today is November 9th. We have 42 more days until December 21, 2012. Any heavenly body the size of Texas hurtling toward us at 620 miles per second, would be visiible to astronomers around the globe. It is going to be here in about a month. When will we all be able to see this? It has been coming now for over a decade. I look and look but never see two suns. Even in the early morning and at dusk…still one sun. I search the night sky for any anamolies…it is perfectly normal. An event of this size doesn’t just appear overnight. There is at least a few week period where the population would see it coming…this can only mean one thing. They will revise the date after 12/21/12 to sometime in 2013 and keep pumping out this crap to keep us scared and take our attention off of their real plans whatever they are.
First it was a rogue planet on an elliptical orbit extending from the Kuiper Belt and at such an angle as to be approaching from the South Pole. The Neumayer Observatory in Antartica was supposedly built to observe this object. It was supposed to have had the mass of 4 Jupiters. Then it was supposed to be a brown dwarf star putting off Iron Oxide dust and invisible because of its inability to reflect the sun’s light. Now it is an asteroid the size of Texas and they decide to name this new object Nibiru? This is total B.S. Next it will be a coment the size of California, named Nemesis and scheduled to impact on 1/3/13… After that it will be a dwarf planet named Destroyer scheduled for late 2016 and on and on.

Can’t comment on other than BBC web site. But take a look at a UK map. Grampian region is no where near Manchester. Someone didn’t do their homework, or put in a deliberate mistake to tell those with half an brain to research further, and validate that its a hoax!
