Handcuffed and shot in multiple parts of the body as well as visible signs of torture, a man was found “executed” Tuesday morning. The victim remains unknown at this time.
The deceased was semi-naked, only wearing a pair of jeans and barefoot. The victim was found on the road Capistrano The Costerita.
The stranger was face down, his head covered with a cloth and his hands were tied behind his back. It was visually obvious that beside several gunshot wounds, the man had been severely beaten.
