I think secession would do those things you suggest they do. You need to learn a little about what “secede” means to the Constitution and the federal government. It effectively nullifies the current government so a new one can be established.

I’d rather see the states assert their right to nullify federal laws and court rulings. The constitution is on their side.

Christopher Greene must be an idiot. Nobody is seceding. The majority of the petitions didn’t even get the required signatures to be responded to, and the one that gets a response actually gets a canned, non-response.
If the States don’t secede, you are part of their system which means you can NEVER get out of their tyranny control. That spells the never ending enslavement of the people and you can NEVER do away with the system thru voting……if Obama’s election can be a fraud and accepted, tell me how can you get out of the system when that system is theirs which you operate from within!!
