Pete Santilli speaks with Michael (Bear) Gibbons and wife Marcella who’s constitutional rights were broken during a home invasion by Gem County law-enforcement in Letha Idaho.
A 911 call by someone calling herself April reported she overheard the couple fighting and said she thought Michael was “beating” his wife.
According to William N. Grigg who reports for http://freedominourtime.blogspot.com/2012/10/hes-constitutionalist.html the following is a transcript of the transmissions of Gem County law enforcement enroute that day:
“Are you familiar with these guys?” asked a deputy identified in the 911 recordings as “Officer 57.”
“Negative,” answered another deputy designated “Officer 56.”
“I am, and it’s affirmative, there is [sic] weapons,” continued Officer 57. “He is – or at least was – anti-law enforcement. We’ve had issues with him. He’s a Constitutionalist.”
Were Mr. Gibbons and his wife Marcella victims of political profiling? The evidence speaks for itself.
Law-enforcement moved onto the Gibbons organic farm, yanked Marcella Gibbons out of her house, manhandled her bruising her body and then proceeded to do the same to her husband. Regardless of protest by Marcella, that she had not been beaten, Gem County Sheriffs then entered the home. They proceeded to search without warrant or cause. Michael Gibbons was shortly thereafter arrested on the pretense of having a marijuana grow room that later proved to be a “county approved” grow room the Gibbons use for growing vegetable seedlings.
This interview stands as a witness to the POLICE STATE we are now all subject to. Based on a neighbors call, and the clear bias against constitutionalist in Gem County Idaho, Mr. and Mrs. Gibbons were taken from their home bruised and battered and thrown in jail.

Not too sure how much you know about the ‘ascended ranks’ of Freemasonry, brother – but there’s only one way out. Washington was a Grand Master of a regional lodge. alternative media exposer.. interesting.. as one who is attempting to discern for myself just what is what, i have a couple questions concerning the hanoi joyce foia discharge record you linked here. i am not familiar with such records, so you have to help me understand, if you would:
1) why is the information superimposed over the image of crumpled paper?
2) you infer that she was discharged from the air force in ’79 and yet the discharge record states: air national guard of new york… discharge date is march 9, 1979. final discharge for the air force reserves is october 4, 2001. (ten years after end of gulf war).
3) also, where is the documentation for court martial? i see on the record a reference to transcript for court martial trial but there is nothing on file.

i think i need a team of researchers.. way too much to pour through , so i have to take this one point at a time and i’m beginning with the infowars article written by Maessen, “Ehrlich, Hansen, Lovelock…..”. (one of the articles used as an example in Maessen’s article concerning plagiarism). then, beginning with a passage written by Maessen, (rewritten by Posel) i was able to trace it all the way back to the original source… sorry to say, you will not like what i have found so far. still too early to express my own opinion, i will later, but i will say this now. i think you need to focus on Maessen much more right now, if you are looking for disinfo evidence. i have only scratched the surface, but again, it seems to me as though people have been looking in the wrong direction….

StraightDopes.. still, too early for me to say anything of real substance as i have not had a chance to continue the readings i had started. but.. i’m bothered by inconsistencies from all directions, and there are indications that can, as isolated, prove a person in question to be at least one of three things: 1) disinfo agent, knowingly disseminating false or controlled info. 2) useful idiot, unwittingly forwarding or perpetuating false info. 3) the genuine seeker of truth, aware of 1 and 2, strives to understand, unveil, and express the real truth while exposing the fraud.
people here have provided a lot of disturbing links and information (both good and bad) and it’s incredibly easy to get sucked into bad info. the fact that it is so prevalent on the internet is maddening. i find that so much of what i read is actually controlled. you already know the method commonly utilized – tell a few truths that can be verified and then wrap those around a big lie. this serves two main functions. 1) the reader, recognizing the truths told, then assumes the source is credible, thus vulnerable to the big lie. 2) the reader recognizes the big lie, eliminating the credibility of the source, and dismisses the truths as being tainted. both angles leave the reader in a state of confusion.. and eventually incapable of discerning right from wrong, truth from falsehood, as the reader is incessantly pummeled with this same tactic, again and again and again. always remember that the source, or researcher, or writer, is being subjected to the same tactics, if not actually the purveyor of those tactics. all we can do is continue to search for clues and eventually solve the puzzle.
it’s important that people continue to voice their opinions, findings, doubts, or convictions. this way, others can consider what is presented and provide feedback. you know how it is, i’m sure.. sometimes it takes the perspective of an outsider to open your eyes. i would be absolutely lost if it wasn’t for the insights, experiences, and/or conjecture of others.
StraightDopes.. i will further breakdown what i have mentioned already as a way of clarifying one point i am making. when an assertion is made regarding an article, it is often necessary to go beyond that one article, and research the content by way of other articles, critiques, or opinion pieces…
let’s address the disinfo/ plagiarist charge. in Maessen’s article, “Susanne “Copy-Paste” Posel’s Plagiarizing Ways Exposed”, Maessen highlights passages from her infowars article, “Ehrlich-Hansen-Lovelock…” and compares them with Posel’s rewrites. Maessen also maintains throughout the Copy-Paste article, that she is in fact being plagiarized. in Santilli’s response to this, “Infowars.. Hit Piece On Occupy Corp…”, there is the countercharge of sensationalism, with Posel’s rewrites actually serving to “correct” and disseminate more accurately, the writings of Maessen. (as i interpret this piece). i assume this is meant to counter disinformation.
in reading Maessen’s infowars article headline subtext, you note that she refers to Lovelock as ” climate dictator James Lovelock”. in Posel’s rewrite, she has changed this to, “climate change alarmist James Lovelock”. from what i know of Lovelock and having read and considered his statements, interviews, writings and positions, Posel’s rewrite in this instance actually is the far more accurate, leading me to believe that Maessen’s characterization is intentionally leading, and possibly agenda driven. to me then, this is one indication that would support Santilli’s charge of sensationalism and defense of Posel’s rewrite as counter-disinfo.
then, within Maessen’s same article (infowars), she states, “Lovelock also arrogantly stated in 2010 that humans are too stupid to prevent climate change- therefore governments worldwide, preferably a one world government, must prevent it for them.”
uh…. hah! i read the article and interview that this notion originated from. it is from the UK Guardian as written by Leo Hickman in the environment section. it is his headline that states, ” James Lovelock: Humans are too stupid to prevent climate change.” were these Lovelock’s words? heh, not that i read in the interview or could find.. it was in fact a sensationalizing by Hickman (you can read what Lovelock actually said) and then repeated by Maessen. as to the necessity of a one world government – that’s a real stretch too. Lovelock does in fact criticise the IPCC fraudulent data report, and labels carbon trading, a SCAM. in my opinion, after reading the transcript of the interview, i would judge Messen’s characterization a lie. however, that is only one single point of the innumerable that i see right now. as i said before, there is too much to pour through and write about. i suggest people look deeper, i am not ready to fully judge this all yet.. if ever..

The charge was plagiarism, but you are saying that Posel actually did a good thing – by taking something YOU claim is (possibly) “agenda driven disinfo,” and plagiarizing it by changing a couple words???? So THAT makes the “disinfo” OK, so long as you plagiarize it “correctly?”
