That’s absurd – cars are designed for transporting people – guns are designed to kill. Many objects can kill, but only do so due to malfunction, misuse or accident.

Rumors right now suggest the Diane Feinstien’s version of gun control bill will attempt to be retroactive. This means any gun banned in her bill will not be grandfathered in, so their will be a grace period to hand over your now banned weapon, after that you’ll be prosecuted if found with one of the weapons. the old brady bill, you had to have proof of your original purchase, they couldn’t do anything about guns bought before the date the bill went into effect.
It would be all but impossible to disarm the American people as they would not toleratte it. Further no police would agree to try to implement any gun confiscation. Beyond that the National Guard are local citizen units and they would fight any such violation of the Constitution and law. The regular armed forces under Federal control are sworn the defend the Constitution of the US ‘against all enemies both foriegn or domestic’. Any goverment that tried to disarm the people would not be a legitmate goverment of the US and would be overthrown by the people.

The Government cant take away any gun rights, given to the citizens, by the Constitution of the United States, because they are not legal , and haven’t been, since The Act was passed in 1871. The politicians changed the title of the Constitution to: THE CONSTITUTION FOR THE UNITES STATES and changed us from sovereign citizens to members of a Corporation. They really have no right to mandate that citizens do anything , outside the District of Columbia. Why do you assume that if the citizens are not armed it’s a result of our government massacring us? Historically the ordinary citizens of my country never had firearms (except farmers who have shotguns to protect their livestock from predatory animals – all such guns tightly controlled) and while our Army has arms it is for the protection of citizens, not killing them. Even our police is not armed, except for certain units. While we do have armed criminals they almost always only kill each other, almost never ordinary citizens or police. I live in one of the most crime free countries in Europe.

I’ve heard talk of outrageous taxes being placed upon ammunition and ammunition making components. How sad that one must make lots of money to lawfully protect themselves. Statistics show there has long been a higher crime rate in poor neighborhoods than in rich neighborhoods. An ammunition tax would only hurt those who are in the greatest need of self-protection. Demographics studies suggest ammunition taxes would be racist in nature.
The courts have stated the police have no obligation to protect you, your family, or your property. As such, it is the responsibnility of every adult to protect themselves, their home, their children, and those in their care. Government officials have security details but regular people must protect themselves.
Courts have affirmed the right to own/have weapons, but types of weapons might be the target of a ban. The gubmint is not stupid enough to expect folks to give away personal property. As such, owned weapons and components will/should be grandfathered. An 18 round Sig Sauer is carried by the police as an excellent weapon by which officers may defend themselves. According to the liberal media and the politicians with bodyguards, in the hands of a non-LEO the Sig Sauer becomes a weapon of mass killing and carnage. Do some people REALLY believe firearms are animated killing machines?
I’ve got a large safe FULL of all kinds of weapons. A suppressor never snuck out with a fully automatic weapon to quietly slaughter a bunch of innocent folks in a crowded building. A long range rifle never snuck out to take a 1000 yard shot at a co-worker I was mad at. I’ve got some SERIOUS weaponry, and never had a weapon commit a crime. The weapons used by crazed individuals pale in comparison to mine. Why would the government want to suddenly say my weapons are dangerous?
The military taught me all about modern as well as antique firearms. A half-century training in the ancient Asian arts, made me proficient in use of their ancient weapons. Other than a car key, I’ve never used a weapon on anyone outside of military operations. I’ve never had the DESIRE to use a deadly weapon on someone outside military operations. None of my issued military or personal weapons has ever operated on it’s own.
The problem isn’t weapons. The problem is PEOPLE.
They are using us to fight against ourselves. It’s the age-old divide and conquer trick. And you have fallen for it. Wake up!

There is no proof whatsoever that this painting is valued anywhere near $7.2 million.
There is absolutely no proof and could be considered deceptive business practices to claim that there is an up to $20 million tax write approved by I.R.S. for this item.
First, their exist no independent appraisal by a third party qualified to make such an appraisal that support the claimed value.
Second, the famed Tut collection was famous alright for the fraud committed upon the public.

It is safe to say anyone who claims that this painting is worth $7.2 million or that an I.R.S. tax write off is fourth coming is certainly a fraudulent claim and involved in a deceptive business practice.

Have this person provide an independent third party appraisal as well as a formal statement from the appraiser certifying to the I.R.S. that this painting is valued as such and the transaction is qualified for the I.R.S. approved donation program.
No qualified appraiser would provide such a statement because no proof could be obtained of a sale of a Verdult artwork for $7.2 million.
