Largest Marine Base Has Foreign Soldiers Training For Crowd Control

As i work on the largest Marine Corps base i see large amounts of foreign
troops there.
They are eating in the restaurants, buying western goods shopping centers.
Many of these are middle eastern, few are canadian and brits. i have seen
no russian troops that i can identify.
Convoys are leaving the base regularly, and are generally jungle (green)
cammouflaged instead of the desert (tan/sand) we have been used to.
the U.S.. troops here are not training for combat, but appear to be
training for crowd control–G.
