Dan Johnson:

Dan is 19 years old Founder of People Against the NDAA and contributor for The Huffington Post. He received a political science major from Bowling Green State University of Ohio, and one of the countries leading activist against Barack Obamas unconstitutional legislation.

P.A.N.D.A. (People Against The NDAA) is an organization that was created to fight and inform the public about the National Defense Authorization Act. The NDAA was signed by President Obama on Jan 1 2012 (while everyone was distracted with the new year) which allows the Government to arrest American Citizens for any reason they feel like for as long as they feel like without trial.

Dan Johnson had this to say in his recent article in The Huffington post:

On December 31st, 2011, in the dead of night, President Obama signed the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) into law. On that day, the Bill of Rights was shattered in the interest of the “War on Terror.” He also wrote a signing statement saying that “my administration will not detain American citizens” and was very hesitant to sign the bill into law.
Then, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals placed Section 1021 of the NDAA back into effect.
The NDAA is typically a mundane bill that appropriates funding for the military for the current year. However, c allows anyone including American citizens to be detained indefinitely by the military…no trial, no charges, no day in court.

Adam Kokesh:
Adam Kokesh is an American activist and talk radio host. Kokesh was a corporal in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and is a veteran of the Iraq War. He is an outspoken opponent of the U.S. military intervention in Iraq and has received media attention related to anti-war protest activities.

During the show Adam tells Pete he can’t support alarmism anymore and added ” The Gun debate is primarily a distraction, the person who loves the gun debate most is Ben Bernanke, Get people emotional and divided.”
