Judge Napolitano: Killing Americans with Drones is Nowhere Justifiable Under The Constitution
“That is nowhere justifiable under the Constitution, nowhere justifiable under federal law,” Judge Andrew Napolitano argued on FOX News today. “In fact, federal law and the Constitution are to the opposite. Unless you are actually pulling a trigger or are in moments of pulling that trigger or dropping a bomb, the government has an obligation to do its best to arrest you and charge you with a crime and prosecute you before it can indiscriminately kill you.”

the judge doesn’t look healthy… noticed a few weeks ago!
At this point does it really matter. Our rights under the Constitution have no meaning, when it comes to this supposed War on Terror. Who exactly is the enemy again, that should not be to hard to answer with the recent headlines in the news, and the well coordinated efforts in the last 12yrs to completely under mind the thinking that Americans used to have of this country. While everyone is very busy with their social networking, watching reality shows and many other things, our supposed politicians that are elected to up hold and protect our rights under the constitutions have done no such thing. WE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE have become the enemy. Has there been any news stories on what rights we do have. In the name of security we are slowly becoming more and more controlled.
So what would be the reason that any American would be labeled a terrorist, why speaking their mind and maybe disagreeing with what the government policies are. With how its going now that is justification enough to be labeled a terrorist and arrested. Well like I said, what does it matter any more if our rights are being trampled at every turn, as long as we have that good old feeling of being secure.
