My view of Sandy Hook from the outside looking in. I hope that people who were actually there start uploading their ‘on the scene’ videos. The evidence from the inside is embarrassingly sparse given that there were perhaps 2000 people on the site throughout that Friday the 14th of December 2012.

Maybe the grief counselors that rushed to the scene were so good that the parents skipped through the normal stages of grief and went right on to the ‘Getting on with your life’ stage. I find it interesting that the alleged shooter didn’t go to the High School which is closer to his home and he had a more recent history of having attended there. Someone told me that he intended to go to the High School but saw a police officer in the parking lot so he left. That story came from someone that lives in Newtown. How would someone know that Lanza went to the High School? Did he put it on Facebook that he went there and saw the police and left? Come on people. That’s a lame explanation. Too many people will accept just about anything without thinking about the particulars of it.
