Suppose this alleged false flag was a set up to kill authority figures that WOULDN'T fire on their own citizens

I don’t know who the other authorities he had
listed, but it’s somewhat strange that they may be all up and down
California.

Taking that thought into consideration, WHAT
IF these listed authority figures are known to be of the type that WOULDN’T
kill their citizens?

Remember, its the leaders in authority of
