The Supreme Court should consider supporting and defending The United States Constitution. Nothing they do these days resembles anything but political and social engineering; nothing whatsoever to do with the ‘rule of law’.

Chief Justice John Roberts has already shown his contempt for our constitution with his decision on the Obamacare issue. To say this is dangerous is an understatment. If something of this nature were to get to the supremes we could be looking at early NAZI Germany(Hitler), early Soviet Union(Lenin/Stalin), early peoples republic of China(Mao) and any other despot that crawled out of the sewers.
and what does the CONSTITUTION SAY? THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. It doesn’t say that it can be infringed if the bearer of the arms is carrying it concealed. CROCK!
…so the Supreme Court is not outlawing carrying a concealed weapon. They are only deciding if it is a constitutionally protected right, and therefore could/could not be banned by law. A confusing headline.
If you think your rights are determined by 5 people you deserve to lose them. Rights are INALIENABLE. That means they can’t be up to anybody but the individual. Nobody has a right to dictate to you how you exercise your rights. Believing somebody does means you have only the rights they say you do.
If you belief in the myth of authority you become a slave of that authority. The state is your enemy.
Correct word is UNalienable rights, meaning right from

UNLESS you’re a judge who doesn’t, DOES NOT, necessarily think Hitler was a bad thing… how can one be a liberal OR conservative judge? is it not just a judge? that’s the problem. I’d be just as miffed if they (whomever) made it MANDATORY TO CARRY a gun! and as far as rope,, who among US/WE can carry that rope? WE/ME AND YOU have no recourse, no authority, unless we take armed action, then that’s all of a sudden a different action/story all-together. When we (via news and opinion people) know how a particular ‘justice’ IS going to vote is the entire issue. with health care we KNEW beyond any doubt, how kagan sotomayor AND scalia were going to vote (among others) WE KNEW IT. that’s bad because, on both sides, there is an agenda. how come NO DECISION, ”EVERY” DECISION, is not 9-0?? how can you and i (and i don’t even know you) have a differing, legal, interpretive, opinion of ANYTHING?? why does the cut and dried BILL OF RIGHTS have COMPLETELY different meanings to two or more people cut from the same cloth? don’t they all know the law, the same?? GOD!! am i just stupid?? i feel like Anna Farris in house bunny, ”my head is pounding like a nail!”, what’s the mostest saddest is,, the MSM could fix all of this in 2 days. that’s the part that makes me cry. a revolution could be won with no shots fired if they would just do the right thing, for once. and that is their sole true purpose/duty and they refuse. hopefully they’ll be in front of us marching to the ovens. i guess that would be a small moral victory for us, huh?
Uh, you got the states backwards in your rulings. The lack of 2A protection was Colorado (10th) and the CCW ban throwout was Illinois (7th).
The supreme court does not have the authority to make this law. They are there to uphold the law, and not make law. Any law they try to make, or any law or ruling that goes against your god given rights and the rights granted by the constitution, is illegal, and it is your duty to ignore these rulings and so called laws. If you abide by these rulings for fear of prison fine or punishment, you have sold your freedom, rights and liberty down the river and are not a patriot. Long live the Republic.
Wow pretty soon we will be back to the wild Wild West. the idea of all the cowboys toting their guns is pretty sexy dont you think? I am sure that some fashion genius can come up with some really cool designs for the external carrying of a gun. OMG, these lawmakers and judges are so paranoid, still it might reduce the crime rate if your attacker knows what kind of gun you are carrying! NOT. The Supreme Court has lost the plot, Just another nail in the coffin for the constitution, and much easier to disarm the public. so does this mean all. The secret service agents will have to comply as well?
