It does have the part in it for RFID Chip but they disquised it as National Medical Device Registry”.
They have it worded in such a way that it takes thousands of words to just say, that we are being demanded as citizens of the united states to have by law this chip implanted in us.

and this is just the begining see how they disguise the wording to not be able to find it? KEY WORDS…. INSERTING …… DEVICE ….. REGISTRY……class III device OR class II device {to be inserted}

When I downloaded the document then I searched for 1502 which looks , (I guess) as the page number or title of paragraph, but it goes on and on, you wouldn’t catch it if you didn’t keep reading.
