“And how we burned in the camps later, thinking: What would things have been like if every Security operative, when he went out at night to make an arrest, had been uncertain whether he would return alive and had to say good-bye to his family? Or if, during periods of mass arrests, as for example in Leningrad, when they arrested a quarter of the entire city, people had not simply sat there in their lairs, paling with terror at every bang of the downstairs door and at every step on the staircase, but had understood they had nothing left to lose and had boldly set up in the downstairs hall an ambush of half a dozen people with axes, hammers, pokers, or whatever else was at hand?

We are living in a propaganda matrix that is controlled by a tiny demonic global banking elite.  Their almost total control of the mainstream news media and most politicians allows them to do all types of PsyOps that in a normal society would ‘never fly’.  Stirling

Special Report: The Election of the Next Pope

~ The Earl of Stirling (Tim Alexander) calls for the next Pope to lead the fight against the globalists mad drive towards World War III, an even more intense Global Economic Depression, and the developing  global high-tech police-state tyranny.  Lord Stirling calls this fight “the Greatest Moral Imperative of Our Time” (about three minutes into this video).

Selecting a Pope: CNN ~ link ~ Technically, any Roman Catholic male can be elected pope. But since 1379, every pope has been selected from the College of Cardinals, the group casting the votes at the conclave.
Many of the cardinals are bishops and archbishops appointed by the pope to assist in religious issues. Some work at the Vatican, but most are spread out worldwide running dioceses or archdioceses.
When it’s time to vote for a new pope, every cardinal under the age of 80 travels to Rome to participate. In attendance this time will be 115 cardinals, 67 of whom were appointed by Pope Benedict XVI, who stepped down last month at age 85.

Negotiations and prayers, this is where the Pope will be elected ~ linkPreparations are underway to ensure everything is ready for Tuesday; Vatican technicians and workers are doing their best to prepare the voting venue despite the hastening of the Conclave compared to the normal period of sede vacante. Tuesday at 04:30 PM the cardinals will go in procession from the Pauline to the Sistine Chapel. Here they will take an oath and the “extra omnes” (the ousting of all those without voting rights) will be pronounced immediately after this, at 04:45 PM. For once it is not Buonarroti’s genius which catches the eye but the two stoves that now stand in the chapel: an older cast iron one with rounded edges and a modern square one.

The first dates back to1939 and will be used to burn the ballot papers, the second has spent less than eight years in the Vatican warehouses, since being built in 2005 for the Conclave that elected Benedict XVI. It will burn the smoking agents that should give out the black smoke in case of a non-election and the famous white smoke once the 265th successor of St. Peter has been chosen. In 2005 there was some uncertainty about the smoke, so, as always, it will be the widespread sound of bells that will confirm the election.
The chimney from which the smoke of the stoves will be released, was set up yesterday morning at 11:00 AM. There will be a camera from the Vatican Television Centre ten feet away, equipped with lights to highlight even an evening white smoke, as was the case with Ratzinger’s election on the 19th of April, 2005. It is also countdown time for the tight security measures taken to protect the confidentiality and privacy of the cardinals during the Conclave.

Vatican report hidden from the Cardinals electing the next Pope ~ link ~It is known throughout the Vatican as the Relatio (Narration). It is contained in two stiff, unmarked red folders and runs to around 300 pages. Lying in a safe in the papal apartments of the Apostolic Palace overlooking St Peter’s Square, it will be at the forefront of the minds of the 115 cardinals who on Tuesday are to file into the Sistine chapel to start the conclave that elects the next pope.

In the Relatio are the findings of three cardinal-detectives, appointed last year by ex-pope Benedict XVI to investigate the leaking of documents from his study. The cardinals, headed by a Spanish member of the Opus Dei fellowship, Cardinal Julián Herranz, discovered the main source of the leaks – the pope’s butler, Paolo Gabriele.
But they found a great deal else – and some of it is reportedly extremely compromising. According to one unconfirmed report, they stumbled on a gay sex ring in the Vatican, some of whose members had been blackmailed. Already dismayed by the blunders that marred Benedict’s papacy, many of the cardinals in Rome to elect his successor are seething with resentment towards the Roman Curia, the intensely secretive and predominantly Italian bureaucracy that administers the Catholic church. “The anti-curial – and anti-Italian – feeling is almost palpable,” said a source close to their deliberations.

Indeed, the approach to this conclave has brought about what many in Rome would deem a miracle: an apparent, if temporary, healing of the breach between the Vatican’s two most renowned adversaries, Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, the secretary of state, and his predecessor, Cardinal Angelo Sodano. As a result, a conclave that had been billed as a trial of strength between the two men is shaping up instead as a battle between the “Romans” and invading “Barbarians”.

The first group includes the power-brokers in the Vatican and their allies, many of whom are Italians; the second faction, bent on shaking the Curia to its foundations, is led by cardinals from the United States and Germany.

Pope Wanted: Must Possess Magnetic Charm and Grit ~ link  ~ No candidate for pope can have it all. But the cardinals who will elect the next pontiff of the Roman Catholic Church seem to be looking for someone who combines the charisma of Pope John Paul II with the grit of what one Vatican analyst called, only slightly tongue in cheek, “Pope Rambo I.”
While it is too early to talk of front-runners, hints to the characteristics sought in a future pontiff can be discerned from the utterances of the cardinals who have spent the past week in meetings at the Vatican. Before Wednesday, when they stopped giving interviews, the cardinals frequently cited attributes the church now needs: a compelling communicator who wins souls through both his words and his holy bearing, and a fearless sheriff who can tackle the disarray and scandal in the Vatican.

Why is there no frontrunner in the Papal Election? ~ link  ~ As has been well reported by Joshua McElwee [1] and John Allen [2], there are currently no frontrunners in the papal election. This could easily change in the next few days before the conclave starts, but it is surprising granted that it has been almost three weeks since Pope Emeritus Benedict announced his resignation. One would think that at least a couple of frontrunners would have surfaced by now.

Prior to the last conclave, everyone recognized Ratzinger was the front runner on the day the conclave began. The same was true for Paul VI and Pius XII. And although John Paul’s election was a surprise, there still were front runners prior to the conclave: Cardinals Giovanni Benelli and Giuseppe Siri. When they deadlocked, the conclave looked for someone outside of Italy.
Why no front runner? Here are four hypotheses.

Papal apartment will not be ready for new Pontiff ~ link  ~  When a new Pope is elected, he will not be able to move immediately into the papal apartment on the 3rd floor of the apostolic palace, a Vatican spokesman has revealed.
The papal apartments were sealed when the resignation of Pope Benedict XVI took effect on February 28. The rooms will need some renovations, said Father Federico Lombardi, the director of the Vatican press office. Worker may make other alterations to suit the particular needs and preferences of the new Pontiff.
A look at possible Papal contenders ~ link ~ Technically, any adult Catholic male can be elected to the papacy, but the last pope not chosen from the College of Cardinals was Urban VI in 1379. The cardinals who seem to be front-runners to replace the current pope are referred to as “papabile,” or translated from the Italian, “pope-able.” The following is a list of some cardinals considered “papabile,” according to John Allen, CNN analyst and correspondent for the National Catholic Reporter.

Will the Cardinals go off the European grid to choose a new Pope? ~ linkIt’s been 35 years since an Italian pope has ruled the Catholic Church, and some Vatican watchers believe the conclave that starts Tuesday could be the first to elect a pontiff from outside Europe.
While the Italians control a quarter of the votes, recent scandals suggest that they might be too beset by deep divisions to unite early around one candidate from their home turf.

Electronic jammers installed in Sistine Chapel ~ link ~ Vatican workers are preparing the Sistine Chapel for the papal conclave that will begin March 11 by installing electronic jamming devices and a temporary wooden floor.

Determined to prevent leaks from the conclave, the Vatican is installing devices that will block electronic transmissions from the Sistine Chapel and from the Domus Sanctae Marthae, where the cardinal-electors will be lodged during the conclave.
The wooden flooring will protect the marble floors of the Sistine Chapel, and also safeguard the prelates against tripping on the unevenly worn marble. Tables and chairs will be set up to accommodate the 115 cardinals participating in the conclave.
