That document is pretty pathetic. There is nothing to indicate a ‘Russian’ association. I don’t doubt something may occur on 3/22, as TPTB love to play their rituals/numbers and tell you in advance in some way, but as far as a ‘Russian’ connection, unless it’s Sorcha Faal, then there is none…haha.
