Depopulation Agenda Behind Ruling to Make Morning After Pill Available to All

The Truth Behind The News

In 2011, Teva Women’s Health, the pharmaceutical corporation that developed Plan B One Step requested that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) make their product available without a prescription to sexually active women and girls of any age.

Kathleen Sebelius, secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) decided that a female under the age of 17 must have a prescription to obtain the morning after pill (MAP).

Contrary to this public stance, in 2011, Sebelius said that both the FDA and DHHS were considering allowing “anyone of any age buy the controversial morning-after pill Plan B directly off drugstore and supermarket shelves without a prescription.”

At that moment, the FDA had yet to respond “to a request from the drug’s manufacturer to make the pill as easy to get as toilet paper and toothpaste . . .”

Indeed the DHHS stated that by January of 2012 their goal was to give minor children access to contraceptives and healthcare coverage for sterilization including abortion-causing drugs. If the state allows, these pharmaceuticals will be available to children under 18 without parental consent.

In response, Matt Bowman, senior attorney for the Alliance Defensing Freedom, explains that the mandate states that minors could be sterilized without parental permission and the procedure is covered by the health insurance. Bowman said: “She can be sterilized at no cost. Whether her parents will know and/or consent might differ by state. But the Guttmacher Institute and other abortion advocates explicitly advocated for this mandated coverage of minors so that access without parental involvement might be able to increase.”

Earlier this month, US Federal District Court Judge Edward Koman ruled that the FDA must make MAP available to all ages; stating in his decision: “The decisions of the Secretary with respect to Plan B One-Step and that of the FDA with respect to the Citizen Petition, which it had no choice but to deny, were arbitrary, capricious, and unreasonable. More than 12 years have passed since the citizen petition was filed and 8 years since this lawsuit commenced. The FDA has engaged in intolerable delays in processing the petition. Indeed, it could accurately be described as an administrative agency filibuster.”

Koman continued on: “This case has proven to be particularly controversial because it involves access to emergency contraception for adolescents who should not be engaging in conduct that necessitates the use of such drugs and because of the scientifically unsupported speculation that the drug could interfere with implantation of fertilized eggs.”

Simultaneously, the Center for Reproductive Rights (CRR) was preparing to file a complaint in court to ensure that Plan B One Step, Next Choice and other MAPs were to be made accessible to women of all ages without a prescription.

Jay Carney, press secretary for the White House announced that: “Secretary Sebelius made this decision. The president supported that decision after she made it, and I think said so in the briefing room when he was asked about it. And he supports that decision today.”

According to Nancy Northup, president and CEO of the CRR, concerning Koman’s ruling: “Today science has finally prevailed over politics. This landmark court decision has struck a huge blow to the deep-seated discrimination that has for too long denied women access to a full range of safe and effective birth control methods.”

In concert, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine rejoiced in Koman’s ruling, stating that “science should guide policy.”

Conversely, Anna Higgins, director of the Center for Human Dignity (CHD) remarked that “there is a real danger that Plan B may be given to young girls, under coercion or without their consent. The involvement of parents and medical professionals act as a safeguard for these young girls. However, today’s ruling removes these common-sense protections.”

The American Academy of Pediatrics released a paper in 2012 stating that their organization supports the relaxing of age restrictions on MAPs saying: “We’ve won the battle but we don’t want to lose the war.”

Plan B contains levonorgestrel, a synthetic progesterone hormone that allegedly prevents the ovum from releasing an egg, which prevents fertilization. In the event that fertilization has occurred, Plan B will stop the egg from attaching to the uterus. In the case that the egg has implanted itself in the uterus, the synthetic hormone will not prevent pregnancy.

The International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO) found through research and stated publically that upon “review of the evidence suggests that LNG [levonorgestreol] ECPs cannot prevent implantation of a fertilized egg. Language on implantation should not be included in LNG ECP product labeling.”

Once this information was made public, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) had all references to emergency contraceptives preventing fertilization removed from their website.

This action was followed by ADAM changing information on their website; as well as the Mayo Clinic and the FDA.

Reduces intercourse to a pleasant experience, leaving out the courting, the getting to know each other.

Why do you think that almost 50% of marriages end in divorce and most children now live in one parent households and are key latch kids at 9?????

This is no way to raise a family.

It is a way to raise good worker government drones and that is exactly what the government wants.

What ever happened to getting to know a person, asking them their hopes, dreams, what they want out of life.

People put more energy and thought into job interviews than a sleeping partner.

      Sad.

This is coming from a old woman who has been happily married 40 years and still thrills when hubby gives me “the eye”.

Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. – Corinthians 13:4–8

Sex isn’t just a one night stand.

I was the product of a one night stand and because of that lost my Paternal’s side of my heritage.

While my mother was good and kind, she couldn’t control herself in the heat of passion.

The result was me, three sons and a grand daughter she never got to meet.

All live is precious………………I am thankful she had me.
