I live in Valley Springs and there is no Martial Law going on here. We are a very rural community with two Highways that go through the area. The Sheriffs did say Shelter in Place but no one did that. They asked that we stay off the highways and to lock our doors and out buildings. Let’s not get all crazy… Thank you

Lived in the Sacramento, CA, area some years ago. One day there was a high speed chase on I-5. Three men stole a car. The police attempted to stop them but, obviously they decided not to stop. They crashed the car into some bushes on an off ramp close to our house. Police were everywhere. Helicopter circled overhead telling everyone to “stay in their homes”. They blocked off the roads, had cop cars all over the place. This wasn’t Martial Law, and neither is this incident.
