Police Chief Kessler: Door-To-Door Searches? Is That How We Want To Live? Not In My Town!

Police Chief Mark Kessler of Gilberton PA said today on The Pete Santilli Show, that his life may very well hang in the balance for defending his town’s second amendment rights.
Chief Kessler has been very vocal these past few weeks about what he claims to be a clear case of intimidation by not only politicians; both Democrat and Republicans in his own jurisdiction, but also from the Local Sheriffs in the area. Kessler makes no apologies for his stand against local and state tyranny and now it looks like the Feds are beginning to pick the Chief up on their radar as well.
In an exclusive story by Before Its News reporter Alexander Higgins it was reported that:
“The death threats are the latest development in months of ongoing harassment and intimidation being waged by government against the Chief to pressure him to stop his legal, constitutionally protected activities. ”Chief Kessler informed Before It’s News that he was repeatedly being harassed by what was described as non-marked gray and black helicopters which were routinely flying over his house, over his car on the way to work and over his police station.”
“Those flights started after federal law enforcement officials contacted Chief Kessler at the Gilberton Police station to question Chief Kessler about his activities and Chief Kessler told the agents to contact his attorney after which the agent’s never showed.
So it was no surprise when Chief of Police Mark Kessler came out on the Pete Santilli Show today with a strong message for those who would like to see him dead:
“The Constitution is the law of the land, it is not some evolving document. If the Federal Government passes a new law that does not go along with the U.S. Constitution, as far as I’m concerned it’s null and void in Pennsylvania,” said Chief Kessler.
Kessler went on to say that he now believes the NRA has been hijacked. He was surprised and dissapointed when the powerful lobby gave him no support after he went to them for help while forming his now wildly popular Constitutional Security Force. The tenacious and outspoken Chief Kessler was adamant about his right to form a constitutional security force even though the NRA told him he would not succeed, and that it would do him no good to try. The now high profile Chief forged ahead without the N.R.A. and went on to prove them wrong, and he now proudly has the support of 38 states. For Chief Kessler there is no turning back and no fear as he plans to run against the democrat he calls unconstitutional, sheriff Joe Grudie. Joe Grudie who supports the government’s push toward the banning of the people’s right to posses and bear firearms.
During his interview on The Pete Santilli Show Kessler said, ” In the last week we have seen thousands of troops flow through a city going door-to-door searching for one suspect. Thugs were dragging people out of their homes; that should never be tolerated in this country. It is truly frightening.” ”Look at what they did in Boston and Watertown Massachusetts. Is that how you want to live?”
