The real purpose of this is to muddy the waters and to make people afraid of voicing dissent, period. There is no difference between a police state and terrorism, the purpose of both is to control societies with fear. This kind of heavy handed oppression has one purpose and that is to terrorize everyone that is critical of the government. This kind of totalitarianism will kill our economy, it creates transactional overhead, sows corruption, because of the misuse, abuse, and outright persecutory application of law that casts such a wide net now everyone even this kid are transformed into “enemies of the state”. The law is supposed to benefit us as a society, to make us more resilient, prosperous, and healthy. The law if used properly, should engender positive views across society for its benefits to society. The law is here to serve us, not oppress us. What they’re doing is wrong.

So let’s get this straight there is no problem with labels like Death Row records to produce garbage and pump it out into our streets and not be considered terrorists or be held accountable for the violence it begets, but when the rest of us want to exercise our 2nd amendment right to express how we feel about the sad state of our country and government in a creative constructive manner we are considered and given the label of terrorist and held for 1 million dollars bail!
