EXCLUSIVE: Carl Gallups Outlines Plan to "OUT" Dishonest Congressman

As PPSIMMONS News reported a week ago Carl Gallups, of Freedom Friday With Carl Gallups radio program and founder of PPSIMMONS News and Ministry, is preparing to expose a U.S. Congressman and his Chief of Staff for what Gallups believes were the “blatantly dishonest and surreal” tactics employed by a yet unnamed Congressman with whom he and Mike Zullo of the Sheriff Arpaio investigation had been in personal contact.

Below today’s report is that previous article, in full, including the email chain between Gallups, the congressman’s booking secretary and the congressman’s chief of staff. From reading the email chain, Gallups believes it is obvious that the congressman and his staff promised an official evidence examination meeting with Zullo and him – yet then reneged on the meeting. Gallups’ contention is not that the meeting was cancelled but that the chief of staff and the congressman chose to cancel the meeting by insisting that they had no idea about a meeting and that they had never agreed to meet with Zullo for any such reason. Yet, the email chain clearly shows an entirely different picture of the matter. It is for this reason that Gallups intends to fully expose the congressman in question along with his staff – by name.

When PPSIMMONS News asked Gallups when this “outing” was to occur, Gallups had this to say in response, “Ever since I published the email chain and announced my intentions to expose the congressman and his highly questionable tactics, I have been flooded with emails, questions on my radio programs, and blog postings desiring to know the congressman’s name. It seems there is a groundswell of citizens developing who desire to know his name for future political reference. I think we are finally reaching a point in America where voters are seriously understanding that it is exactly these kinds of tactics that we no longer should tolerate in Washington D.C., especially from our elected officials.”

Gallups went on to say, “Therefore, my plan is to release the names of the congressman and his chief of staff, in particular, just as soon as big news breaks in the fraudulent document case. That could happen soon with an Alabama Supreme Court verdict and/or it could happen on the heals of one of our VIPS or groups of VIPS bringing this whole affair to national light and moving toward federal prosecution. We really believe that the latter will happen within the next few months – perhaps sooner.  When something big like that breaks I plan to do a complete exposure of the congressman in question. Exposing him behind a big news event like that will only serve to amplify the gravity and importance of the matter and the seriousness of the dubious way in which the congressman’s office handled the whole affair. When I release the information, I plan to do it in a big way reaching as many Americans as possible – especially those within the congressman’s voting district.”

A SURREAL but TRUE ACCOUNT

As many listeners to Freedom Friday With Carl Gallups on
1330 WEBY Northwest Florida’s Talk Radio know – Lt. Mike Zullo and Carl
Gallups recently went to CPAC and Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. to
garner VIP support for the upcoming Obama Fraud criminal prosecution
case. One VIP, a Congressman, met with Zullo and Gallups in a conference
room just outside the House Chambers at that CPAC visit.
 
That
Congressman and his Chief of Staff promised to make arrangements to
meet with Zullo and Gallups in the Congressman’s home state in a short
while after that visit to Capitol Hill. The purpose of the upcoming
meeting was for Zullo to bring hard, physical evidence of the Obama
fraud case for the Congressman’s personal observation and edification.
The Congressman also offered that he could have the documents ‘examined’
by his own (presumably federal) examiners. The Congressman sits on a
powerful committee that could have this examination done.

Gallups
has reported on several occasions on his radio program which reaches a
large national audience as well as an international audience – that the
Congressman reneged on his promised meeting and evidence examination.
According to Gallups, the reason he is getting ready to “out” the
Congressman’s name, along with his Chief of Staff, is because of the way
the cancellation of cooperation was handled.

Gallups
relates, “After Lt. Zullo and I had made all the necessary arrangements
to travel to the Congressman’s home state office, I received a call from
his Chief of Staff. The travel arrangements had been made because the
Congressman’s booking secretary and his Chief of Staff had engaged in
email and telephone conversation with me confirming all the details of
the meeting. After the meeting details were made, the Chief of Staff
called me and said, ‘Congressman _______ will not be able to make the
meeting. He will not be able to meet with Lt. Zullo.’  When I asked him
‘why?’ the Chief of Staff responded, ‘The Congressman doesn’t remember
ever making those arrangements. He doesn’t remember agreeing to any such
meeting.’”

Gallups
indicated that his first reaction was utter shock. “I was
flabbergasted,” Gallups said. “I had been on the phone and sending and
receiving emails for days – directly from the Congressman’s office and
then the Chief of Staff calls me and says something to the effect of 
‘we don’t remember any such arrangements.’  It was utterly astounding. I
reminded the Chief of Staff that I possessed the entire email trail,
including emails from him. The phone went silent. I don’t think he had
thought of that. The whole conversation was surreal. I told him that it
was surreal. The Chief of Staff never relented on his story – he
continually insisted that no such meeting was ever arranged. He would
not address the fact that I was in possession of the email chain.”

Gallups
(pictured at left) said, “I am getting ready to give the names of the
Congressman, his booking secretary, and his Chief of Staff to the world.
This is the very kind of political shenanigans that Washington does not
need. The voters in this Congressman’s district need to know the
dishonesty of his office and his highly unethical political dealings.
The nation needs to know. If the Congressman had simply been forthright
and called me up and explained that he had changed his mind and would
rather not meet with Zullo and me – I would have not said a public word
about it. That would have been his absolute prerogative. I no desire to
‘strong-arm’ anyone to meet with us. The problem stems from the fact
that the Congressman apparently had his Chief of Staff call me and
basically call me a ‘liar.’   I felt as though he was questioning my
‘sanity.’  That is where he crossed the line with me. I will not be
strong-armed either. Nor will I will be told that a conversation never
took place that was witnessed by Lt. Zullo, the Congressman, the Chief
of Staff and myself and also recorded in official government email and
phone conversations.”

When asked if he has heard
anything else from the unnamed Congressman Gallups responded, “Not yet. I
don’t expect to hear from him at this point. He knows I have the
emails. He knows I will release them. It is all a matter of documented
fact. I am not releasing them to ‘make’ him have a meeting. At this
point, I would rather not meet with him. The case is moving along just
fine at this point without his input and help. When the case finally
comes to light – this particular Congressman and his staff are going to
look pretty irrelevant – in my opinion.”

Gallups
opined, “You know what is really strange? Since the Congressman was
going to be in his home state and at his home office anyway, and since
Mike and I were willing to travel there at our own expense and had
already made all the arrangements – all the Congressman had to do was to
meet with us, hear us out and then tell us something like, “I’ll get
back with you.” He already had the time set aside and it would have cost
him nothing. But, to cancel the meeting on the pretense that the
meeting was never asked for in the first place – is more than odd…in
so many ways it was just not the wisest, most discerning thing to do. I
think this whole affair speaks badly of the Congressman’s overall
acumen.”

Gallups had this interesting tidbit
to add, “You know – just after the meeting with this Congressman on
Capitol Hill, he got up to go back to the House Chambers for a vote. I
walked him to the door and took his hand as we shook. I looked him in
the eye and said, ‘Congressman, please tell me that you are dealing
honestly here with me. Please tell me that you will keep your promise
and meet with me.’ He then responded to me, ‘Carl, we are good to go.’
He said that twice. Even though he seemed sincere – there was a voice
inside me that said, ‘He’ll never do it – he’s not being honest with
you.’” Gallups said, “I guess I will listen more closely to that voice
next time. Not only did he not keep his promise, but he had his staff
member call me up and attempt to make believe that the meeting was never
arranged. Unbelievable.” 

Following is the redacted
email chain. The Congressman, his Chief of Staff, and his booking
secretary have had their names removed for the purposes of this article.
Gallups states that it is his intention to soon release the names of
all of them.  This email chain is provided here so that the reader may
observe that the Congressman’s office was fully aware of the meeting and
the planned attendance of Gallups and Zullo.

notice for the meeting but wanted to get it scheduled as soon as
