The universe is always beckoning our attention. Its request is that we not only ask the questions or even hear the answers, but to fully experience them as well. We do this by engaging in the magic of life.

This is a philosophy that is consistently articulated by someone whom I greatly respect and that is writer, teacher and philosopher Neil Kramer. Much of what is expressed in this essay will be based on his thesis about living an authentic life and exploring its immensity. We begin by retreating from what he calls the unreality and finding the will to engage life, without delay or equivocation.

But first, what does “unreality” mean? As Kramer defines it, the unreality is a system – a proposed version of reality that is put before us, usually at birth. He says that it is a one-dimensional version of reality and we are told that if we stay within this 1D framework, we’ll be fine. Many have called this living within the box.

Whether it is a decision about which food to eat, what to wear, which invitation to accept, or which creative project to focus on first, I choose Love.

Since the late 1980′s I have been straddling the “world as we know it” and the Universal Heart Consciousness in my approach to everyday life. As a creative, I have felt for the most part, alone with my connection to wisdom through heart and vibration – until this year. Many of us fully woke up this year, through The One People movement and others, to the realization that there are in fact many of us living on Earth in this way – being and understanding through feeling and knowing. I had help with this way of being. Call it Kundalini. Call it extraterrestrial intelligence. It seemed to have an agenda to wake me up and commune-icate with me in ways that I had not read of or heard of before in my life.

In the late 90′s, after my last three years of energetic healing courses, I stopped going to schools, workshops, reading books, and generally seeking anything outside of myself to inform me about who I am and what I am connected to. I go direct. Don’t get me wrong, I still have a need for community, for creating heart resonance in groups, and for basic validation that others feel the LOVE I feel… and KNOW what they are connected to beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Ginkgo biloba is a “living fossil” as was stated by Charles Darwin (1959). It is the oldest living tree species in the world. The Ginkgo species dates all the way back to the Permian Period some 286 to 248 million years ago. Ginkgos began increasing in number a great deal in the middle of the Jurassic Period through the Cretaceous Period approximately 213million to 66.4 million years ago. During this era of the first flowering plants and the height of the Dinosaurs, fossils revealed several different Ginkgo species. These species were common and outspread in Asia, Europe, and America. This era along with its incredible kingdom of plants and animals ended with complete extinction.

Scientists had thought that Ginkgo, along with the rest of the prehistoric plants and animals, had too ceased to exist. It was not until 1691 that Englebert Kaempfer (1651-1692), a German Physician and Botanist, made a most amazing discovery in China. Ginkgo had somehow survived the devastating Ice Age, although it was not quite the same as its ancient ancestors. Due to environmental changes, the ancient Ginkgo had evolved. Today, Ginkgo biloba is the only surviving member of the Ginkgo family. This survival is said to be owed to its remarkable adaptability, resistance to disease, and to Buddhist monks who cultivated and preserved the trees on sacred grounds.

Most of what I have learned in my few years here on this beautiful planet is to always keeps a positive attitude. Remember that when you are dealing with others.

Sometimes you might feel you are a recipient of a bad attitude, but what you have to remember is that while you may be really jovial, they may be facing some kind of problems in their life that is reflecting in their attitude. Remember that this has nothing to do with you. You are not the only one with problems and you should take into consideration other people and their problems. I have learned that because I am extremely sensitive. I usually have a very happy outlook on life and am always smiling and if someone doesn’t return that I would feel like it’s a reflection on me and that I did something wrong.

Only ten percent of the human DNA is used for coding and reproduction of proteins, leaving a mystery of what the other ninety percent is used for. Russian scientists affirmed that sound can project patterns on the remaining 90 percent of DNA. By putting frequencies and sound patterns on a laser ray, the Russians influenced DNA frequencies and genetic information.

The Russians asserted that genetic code follows the same rules found in human languages. Simple words and phrases may work just as well as the laser beams that they used. Can man literally reprogram his genetic blueprint through words? This would explain why affirmations and hypnosis can have powerful effects on both the mind and the body.[1] The Russians also noted that pitch was a factor. Words are spoken at certain frequencies.

Many studies are giving us clues about how our DNA works. The May 1995 issue of Scientific American discussed the effects of ruthenium[2] on DNA. “The researchers noted that a single ruthenium atom placed at each end of the double-helix DNA increases the conductivity of the strand by a factor of 10,000, causing the DNA to become, in effect, a ‘superconductor.’ Once configured, the DNA strand opens up, undergoes repair and closes back up. New cells of the body are then replicated according to the new and improved DNA pattern.”[3] DNA is able to change and reform.

I see how full you pack your day, my child. From morning til night even in your free days when you don’t need to work you have dates over dates. Why? You have but no time for yourself. When do you want to relax from all of this? Please don’t tell me that it wouldn’t be necessary. I know it. I ask you to take each day a space of time for yourself alone. Don’t intend to do anything. Simply take time out. Look out of the window and look after the clouds or the birds. Watch the children playing. Don’t think. Only enjoy this resting phase. You can also listen to calm music. Recline in the bathtub if you want to. But please do not work or do no sports then. You should only come to ease and relax. Switching off from the hecticness of your day and simply doing nothing. You need this relaxation, my child, I know you very well and know how much you need this. ~

Although both Saturn and Spica shine brightly, they’ll be harder than usual to see tonight because of the lunar glare. Can you see them? Binoculars might help, if you have them.

The moon is in a waxing gibbous phase. It’s getting big in the sky, and will turn full on the night of May 24/25. In the Northern hemisphere, we often call this particular full moon the Flower Moon, Rose Moon or Strawberry Moon. The full moon will barely clip the Earth’s penumbral shadow, but this eclipse will be so shallow and faint that’ll be virtually impossible to observe.

Never think that your loving intentions, from which you mostly receive very little feedback, are of little use, meaningless, or inadequate, because I can assure you that they are always extremely powerful and effective, they are changing the world.

The geomagnetic field was quiet on May 21. Solar wind speed at SOHO ranged between 346 and 536 km/s. A weak disturbance began after 16h UTC and has intensified early on May 22.

Solar flux measured at 20h UTC on 2.8 GHz was 125.3 (increasing 10.6 over the last solar rotation). The background x-ray flux was at the class B6 level.

At midnight UTC the visible solar disk had 11 spotted active regions (in 2K resolution SDO images):
Region 11745 [N14W67] decayed slowly and was mostly quiet.
Region 11746 [S28W63] decayed slowly and quietly.
Region 11748 [N14W29] lost the magnetic delta structure. While there is polarity intermixing, the region is decaying slowly.

Region 11754 [S19E38] was quiet and stable.
New region 11755 [N10E67] rotated into view on May 20 and was numbered the next day by SWPC. The region has polarity intermixing and could produce C and minor M class flares.
New region 11756 [S20E53] emerged on May 20 and was numbered by SWPC the following day. The region began to produce C flares late in the day.
Spotted regions not numbered by SWPC:
S2431 [S20E18] gained a leading penumbra spot.
S2432 [S17E41] decayed slowly and quietly.
New region S2436 [N05E33] emerged with penumbra spots.
New region S2437 [N15E27] emerged with a penumbra spot.

Coronal mass ejections (CMEs)
May 19-21: No obviously Earth directed CMEs were observed in LASCO and STEREO imagery.

If you are making an important decision that will affect the lives of others it is in your best interest to make sure that no one is harmed while the decision you make manifests into the shared reality.

This is often thought to be a difficult thing to do, but with the right approach and a mature and positive attitude it is relatively easy. You must respect the fact that the way you feel, think and act creates endless ripples that affect the entire universe, beyond your current capable perceptions.

In the last 24 hours the AMS has received confirmed reports about 4 unique fireball events all occurring near 4:00 AM UTC time. The most recent event occurred in Arkansas and Missouri on May 19th near 3:37 UTC. At the same time 3:37 UTC 4 witnesses reported a fireball in Arizona. The distance between these two locations would inhibit witnesses from observing the same fireball from both locations. On May 18th two large fireball meteors were also spotted within an hour of each other, one over the central east coast and another in Colorado. Below is a table of the events in question.

A Morning of “Moving Rest”… Kauilapele’s Blog

So… here I am taking a morning rest from the “world of moving”. This photo shows my current view, of Kailua Bay. This is my new home (temporary) which will assist in “The Realignment of Energies”. There seems to be a lot of that going on right now… with many people, in many places. That is not only my “sense”, it is part of my observations.

The release of my vehicle occurred yesterday, as I drove from Kona, over Saddle Road, between Mauna Kea and Mauna Loan, to Hilo, where Matson received it, and will ship to a new land… “The Wonderful Land of Oaks” (that’s a puzzle… which place could that be?). To me, at this point in the time scenario, it’s like “The Wonderful Land of Oz”, where magical new Energies are, and magical things happen.

PS, that is not my “permanent ending up” location, just my “for the now moment” starting point place.

S I go to post this video, I see the time parameter being 13:13:31 on 5-22-13…. How interesting those numbers are and especially with the topic I am discussing in this video of Living Your Dream Life…. Many persons work all their life to pay for their material stuff, with the concept that the person who dies with the most toys wins… I beg to differ on that subject as it is the person who has had the most majical experiences is the one who wins.

This morning I was told an old friend, well not so old passed at 57…. He spent his time worrying about not having enough, about his fears and about all those things the Illusion of the Matrix intends to lead us into… Even with our time together for years and so many discussions , the concepts I hold never seem to break through to him. As I look and remember, even my own father and mother spend their life working for that time of death, but in a material way rather than spiritual. And too, my own daughter is so much older than me.

To me, living your dream life to its fullest, never limiting yourself or your beliefs and creating the majic you so wish to experience is by far the best way to live life and set an example for others to follow. It is our thought and emotion which creates our individual lives. As a collective it is the same that creates our collective experience we have while here on Earth. Many of us know that in order to change Our Mother Earth we must change ourselves first… And then together we bring into manifestation the New Earth which is a product of our collective thought and emotions….
