'Atheist' Syrian Boy Reportedly Executed By Rebels (Graphic Photo)

A 15-year-old atheist boy was reportedly shot in the face in a brutal execution by Syrian rebels, in a crime revealed by an anti-government monitoring group concerned about the actions of some Islamist fighters.

Coffee seller Mohammad Qataa was allegedly shot in the face and neck a day after being kidnapped by an Islamist group in Aleppo, called the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, once previously known as the Nusra Front.

Photos have been released of the boy’s bloodied mouth, his jaw blown off, with bullet wounds to his neck.

The boy was executed in a crowded street in front of his mother after being tortured for the past 24 hours. How can anybody support these people? Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Europ and the United States, you are evil to support this evil. If I was religious, id say Satan runs this world,not god. I apologize for the graphicness of the picture but this is the reality of things on the ground in Syria and in any war and maybe if America saw more of it, they wouldnt be so war hungryand maybe they might actually do something about the US being involved in so many wars instead of just saying no in a poll. -Mort
