Shia Labeouf Warned of Government Recording Phone Calls in 2008!

This is an amazing statement made by Shia Labeouf on the Jay Leno show concerning what was told to him by somebody in the FBI!   He was told at the time that they record 1 of every 5 phone calls you make.  He even was played an example of one of his calls for two years ago to prove it!   I’m sure they were already recording every call much before 2008 also.
