Joint-Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia is a combination of Langley AFB and Fort Eustis. Fort Eustis and its satellite installation, Fort Story, are the home of the U.S. Army Transportation Center, U.S. Army Transportation School, NCO Academy, Army Aviation Logistics School and 7th Sustainment Brigade. Other significant tenants include the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command’s Operations Center (G-3), Army Training Support Center (ATSC) and the Army Aviation Applied Technology Directorate (AATD).
On SQ alerts yesterday, there was a report of UN troops training at Ft. Eustis. The alert stated credible information on a large staging of UN troops from Germany, Italy, Sweden, Poland, and also from Ukraine and Mexico at Ft. Eustis, VA. The person posting this alert claimed a trusted military source told him that they are spending their time practicing repelling out of the choppers, 100 ft off the deck. (this is called air assault)

My inclination is to protect and defend the constitution. Your solution could lead to anarchy. Since 47% (my number) of the population are liberal, there are probably the about the same in the military. Can we really trust all Military Officers to do the right thing? I think not. A coup d’état is not the answer.
Under the constitution, we have a revolution every 2 to 4 years. We call them elections. I admit that we are in a civil war, Conservatives vs. Progressives. I don’t pretend to have the answer but we can’t protect the constitution by over-riding it. That is what THEY do.
It’s probably more slanted in the directions of actual constitutional conservative. Most progressives/liberals abhor the military, and wouldn’t serve.
