Rosalind Peterson is the California President and Co-Founder of the Agriculture Defense Coalition, which was formed in 2006 to protect agriculture from a wide variety of experimental weather and atmospheric testing programs.
She received her BA degree from Sonoma State University in Environmental Studies & Planning, with emphasis on using solar power, photosynthesis, agriculture and crop production. In 1989, Ms. Peterson worked as an Agricultural Technologist for the Mendocino County Department of Agriculture. In 1995, she became a certified California USDA Crop Loss Adjustor for over ten counties in California.
Rosalind also founded California Skywatch in 2002 when she began researching atmospheric testing and weather modification programs. In 2007, she was a Keynote Speaker at the 60th Annual United Nations DPI/NGO Conference on Climate Change. She spoke of the negative impacts of experimental weather modification programs of the Navy, Air Force and NASA, in which they use persistent jet contrails to form man-made clouds. Since then, she has presented her United Nations Power Point Presentation to colleges, universities and interested groups.

Black projects account for billions of dollars in expenditure, but are kept “secret” from all but a select few. Why? Many projects, like HAARP, are explained away as “research”, and that theres nothing “nefarious” going on. Many Americans believe this about a lot of things that are happening, or that various “agencies” are not involved in “nefarious” activities, as I heard Rush Limbaugh recently imply. Perhaps people are being made to think this way, without them really understanding how its being done?
