FEMA Signs “Exchange” Deal With Russian Government

Following outrage and controversy last year over the Obama administration’s unprecedented decision to invite Russian troops for terror drills on U.S. soil, the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is now under fire for signing more agreements to “cooperate” with Vladimir Putin’s Russian “Emergencies Ministry” (EMERCOM) in a wide array of fields. Among the controversial deals outlined in an official Russian press release: exchanging of “experts” and “experience,” “provision of security at mass events,” and “cooperation in disaster response operations.” Critics of the scheme reacted with a mixture of fury and deep concerns.
After the news was picked up in the alternative media, it quickly went viral, stirring widespread fears that Russian forces could be deployed inside the United States under the bogus guise of “security.” Officials from both governments rushed to deny the speculation, trying to downplay the agreements as merely routine international collaboration. However, it remains unclear why the American people would need or want any sort of “assistance” from the Russian government, which, despite the supposed fall of communist tyranny, is still widely regarded as a lawless gangster regime.
According to government press releases and statements by officials, the latest agreement between the Department of Homeland Security’s FEMA and the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry provides for “expert cooperation in disaster response operations” and further “study” of latest practices. “In addition, the parties approved of U.S.-Russian cooperation in this field in 2013-2014, which envisages exchange of experience including in monitoring and forecasting emergency situations, training of rescuers, development of mine-rescuing and provision of security at mass events,” continued a statement released by EMERCOM after the summit, adding that the level of cooperation between the two governments would continue to develop.
Apparently, protecting the planet from potential threats from space was on the agenda as well. “We have decided that the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Russia’s Emergencies Ministry will work together to develop systems to protect people and territory from cosmic impacts,” claimed Russian “Emergencies Minister” Vladimir Puchkov in a statement to journalists. “I believe we can make a technological breakthrough in this area if the Emergencies Ministry and FEMA supervise this project, attracting the finest minds and research groups including in Canada, Europe, China, and Southeast Asia.”

Lets start by abolishing everything back 1871 and get our constitutional article 3 judicial courts back….including the the “original” 13th amendment.

Voices are warning of the ongoing intent by global corporate and financial forces to eventually own all of global commerce. For obvious reasons, the achievement of that goal will necessarily require suppression of the human populace worldwide. What more evidence is needed to see the truth than the collaboration of FEMA with other governments? It is absolutely necessary to understand that FEMA’s (OUR) involvement in all this is ORDERED by our government and its handlers. Clinton, Bush and Obama et al, represent little more than planted operatives of global oligarchs. president Davis (Obama) has brought the agenda brazenly into focus!
These were similar thoughts to my own — follow the money –> “the lawless gangster regime” over there is no different than the one over here — Soros, et al. Notice how Putin is not antagonizing Obama over Snowden . . . ?

I feel the obama regime is preparing the people of The United States Of America for the take over and establishment of martial law . Knowing the US military could likely refuse to fire on its own citizens Obama knows the Russian military would have no reservations about doing so . The people of the US need to be wary of this .

Unless I’m one hundred percent off my mark, under our Constitution only our Congress is authorized into binding agreements with foreign powers. This will be the umpteened item that this Administration has skirted the House leadership. Wake up Congress, the userper is usurping you, as he has been for the past four years!
Since there really have been no terrorist attacks on US soil without US government involvement or awareness, why is this necessary?
Is it because Obama and crew want Americans killing Russians on American soil? I can think of no other Elite reason and I will not buy the lies that have been told recently otherwise.
Of course they are doing this because they know that US military in most cases will not fire on Americans. . .AND neither will local militias. So the full intent is to have a ready force of foreign troops that will fire on us.

We see what has happened in Egypt where General Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi says the “army will die to defend its people against any ‘terrorist, radical or fool”. The socialist, communist, marxist, islamofascist here in the United States of America are afraid that the same thing will happen here. Therefore, these cretins need troops who will shoot Americans.
