Six ATF Agents Go Rambo On Girl With 12 Pack Of...Water. Unbelievable!

This story infuriates me, and should remind us of how out of control ‘law enforcement has become..

A group of state Alcoholic Beverage Control agents clad in plainclothes approached her, suspecting the blue carton of LaCroix sparkling water to be a 12-pack of beer. Police say one of the agents jumped on the hood of her car. She says one drew a gun. Unsure of who they were, Daly tried to flee the darkened parking lot.

“They were showing unidentifiable badges after they approached us, but we became frightened, as they were not in anything close to a uniform,” she recalled Thursday in a written account of the April 11 incident.

“I couldn’t put my windows down unless I started my car, and when I started my car they began yelling to not move the car, not to start the car. They began trying to break the windows. My roommates and I were … terrified,” Daly stated.

First of all, so what if it was a 12 pack of beer, which it wasn’t, does this warrant the response it did? And how did they know the girl wasn’t 21? And if some moron jumped on my hood, I’d go into fight or flight mode too.

Then, even after they realize they have made a mistake, they charge the girl with a felony, and throw her in jail. Talk about a law suit waiting to happen! It’s just lucky someone wasn’t killed, These idiots need to be fired, and an investigation into the entire agency (with drug tests) need to be opened by the state attorney.

WTF people, does anyone else suspect these idiots are high on some Rambo (PCP, METH, BATH SALTS) drug??
